4. The promotion commences at 9am AWST (Perth time) on 3 October 2011 and ends at 5pm AWST (Perth time) on 31 October 2011.
5. Entry is open only to Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees, their immediate families and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
6. Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the promotion when they ‘like’ the method
Australia Facebook page and fill in the entry form on method Australia’s Facebook page at: http://www.facebook.com/methodaus
7. The winner will be picked at random using a competition drawing program from Wildfire Interactive
8. The competition will be drawn at 17 Aldous Place, Myaree, WA on 2 November 2011 and the winner will be notified on 3 November 2011.
9. The winners will be notified via email and their names will be published on the ‘Method Australia’ facebook page on 4 November 2011.
10. ENJO Australia will take no responsibility if the prize winner's contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted.
11. The prize will be sent by post to the Prize Winner within 2 weeks from the draw date. method will cover all postage costs and will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
12. Subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, ENJO Australia reserves the right to
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the promotion.
13. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by method, unless a winner otherwise notifies method at the time of accepting their prize. Eligible Entrants consent to method using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.
14. method reserves the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes on Facebook and the method website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials.
15. Entrants may only use one (1) Facebook account to enter the competition.
16. Late entries (i.e. entries received after the relevant advertised closing date for the Competition) will not be accepted.
17. All prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The Organizer will make arrangements for the fulfilment of the prize.
18. If a re-draw is required the re-draw will take place on 3 February 2012 at 10am at 17 Aldous Place, Myaree, WA. The redrawn winner will be notified via email. and their names will be published on the ‘Method Australia’ facebook page on 6 February 2011.
