1. The “Dig For Dollars” promotion is conducted by Casinos Austria
International (Cairns) Pty Ltd, ACN 062 222 011
(“Casinos Austria”).
2. To enter the promotion you must be 18 years of age or older.
3. The promotion will commence at 5pm on Thursday 1st September
2011 and will conclude at 9pm on Thursday 27th October 2011.
It will consist of 5 draws each Thursday night during this period.
4. Your entry in the promotion will be subject to these rules and
conditions. Your lodgement of a prize draw entry form will confirm
your acceptance of these rules and conditions.
5. To enter the promotion, Reef Club members who have earned 50
bonus points on a Thursday between 5:00pm and 9:00pm may
swipe their membership card at the entrance terminal on that same
Thursday to automatically receive a ticket for this promotion. Limit of
1 valid swipe per day. This ticket may be redeemed at the Reef Club
Desk for an official entry form. Members are responsible for
collecting their ticket from the entrance terminal, redeeming for an
entry form, filling out the entry form correctly and placing it into the
correct barrel provided. Between 6:30pm and 9:00pm, a person
playing any table game will be issued 1 official entry form. The entry
form must be filled out correctly and placed in the correct barrel
provided.
6. Each Thursday at 7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm, and 9:00pm
there will be a draw giving the winner a chance to win a cash prize
by grabbing as many $1 coins as they can within a 15 second time
frame. A winner must be present at the draw to be eligible to
participate in this promotion. Once a winner’s name is announced,
they will have 3 minutes to produce identification acceptable to
Casinos Austria. If the winner is not present or fails to produce
acceptable identification, a redraw will take place every 3 minutes
until a winner is present. To claim the prize the participant must,
using either hand, grab coins from the treasure chest and place them
in the container provided within the time frame allotted. At the end
of 15 seconds, the coins in the container will be counted by the Cash
Desk. The prize won will be equivalent to the amount collected in the
container at the end of the time frame. Any coins that fall to the floor
or do not make it into the container provided will not be included in
the final count and will be returned to the treasure chest at the end
of the 15 second time frame.
If, at the end of the 15 second time frame, a grab is not fully
completed, but there are coins in the hand, the grab may be
completed and this money will be included in the final count.
7. If the Electronic Gaming Manager deems the participant to have a
medical condition that inhibits the participant from being able to
take part in the grab, they may nominate a person to grab the coins
on their behalf. Any 1 person may only take part in this promotion
once per night.
8. Any entry form lodged after 9:00pm on the date of the draw will not
be included in that draw. Winning entry forms will not be replaced
into the barrel. The barrel will be emptied after the final draw each
Thursday night. Entry forms are only valid on the day of issue.
9. Prize draw entry forms will not be replaced if lost.
10. The laws of the state of Queensland will govern this promotion.
11. By accepting a prize in the “Dig For Dollars” promotion, you consent
to the publication of your name and/or photograph in any form of
media and you agree to participate in any reasonable promotion
requested by Casinos Austria or The Reef Hotel Casino.
12. Officers and employees of The Reef Hotel Casino, Casinos Austria
or Pullman Reef Hotel Casino are not eligible to enter the promotion.
13. Eligibility to enter and/or to claim a prize in the promotion is at the
sole discretion of Casinos Austria whose decision shall be final. No
correspondence will be entered into.
