WIN A TRIP TO DISCOVER KUALA LUMPUR COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the competition, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.

    The competition is known as, 'Win a trip to discover Kuala Lumpur'.
    Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and above. The entrant must enter online and agree to receive email information from the Promoter www.zuji.com.au. The entrant's entry will be deemed void and ineligible if it does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. Federal, state and local laws and regulations may be applicable. Officers, employees and immediate families of the promoter, ZUJI, companies within the ZUJI group and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
    The competition runs from Wednesday 5 October until Monday 31 October 2011.
    The closing date of entries is 11:59pm Monday 31 October 2011. (EDST).
    The prize will be awarded to the best valid entry, as determined by the judges ZUJI Pty Ltd staff.
    The decision of the Promoter or its officers, employees, agents or representatives on all disputes or queries regarding this contest is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
    The draw will be conducted on Tuesday 01 November 2011 in New South Wales, Australia, Level 9, 15 Blue Street, North Sydney. Draw time is at 03:00 pm (EDST).
    The Promoter in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and terms, make prize substitutions or cancel this competition without notice in accordance to state legislation. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, howsoever caused, or for entries received after the deadline as a consequence of internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads.
    The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or any of the Promoter's websites ("Websites"), in violation of the Terms of Use of the Web sites, or acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this contest or the Web sites.
    The Promoter does not make any warranties or representations whatsoever regarding the prize and does not accept any responsibilities therefore. The entrant agrees that the Promoter is not responsible or liable for any costs, damages, claims, demands or liability incurred by the entrant or any third party relating to or resulting from this contest, including but not limited to injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer.
    In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorised account holder of the email account.

    All meals, visas, spending money, transfers to and from departure and arrival points, taxes, insurance, vaccination and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner (and his or her companion). For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter is not responsible for any item, service, cost, claims or matter not expressly stated to be included in the prize, howsoever the same may arise.
    The prize must be redeemed by 1 June 2012. The prize is unable to be redeemed during peak periods (public holidays, school holidays and Hari Raya) and December/January. Prize must be redeemed in full, and is only valid once. It is not redeemable for cash in whole or part, cannot be extended, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Prizewinner seats are subject to availability. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to offer an alternative date of travel when the preferred choice is not available. The prize will be invalid without the original prizewinner letter. The flights can only be booked minimum 3 weeks prior to departure. Valid on Malaysia Airlines services only over the specified routing and in the class of travel stated. Ticket is non-transferable and non-endorseable for travel on any other airline. The prize will be forfeited for any breach of these conditions or any unlawful use of the prize. The travel period cannot be extended beyond the expiry date. Once the ticket has been issued they are valid only for the flights/dates shown. Limousine transfers are not permitted with this ticket. Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued on this ticket Malaysia Airlines highly recommends you take out travel insurance due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
    Once the prize has been booked no cancellation or amendments can be made, except at the winners own expense, if applicable.
    Once flights have been booked and flight tickets are issued the winner is responsible for any costs associated with subsequent itinerary changes, cancellations, amendments or other administration charges.
    By entering, the entrant agrees that the Promoter, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize awarded (including any travel related thereto). This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
    By entering, the entrant further agrees that the Promoter may use any information collected in respect of the entrant, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes (including to advise the entrant of special sales, specific promotional events and other special offers) without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Each entrant's personal information may be disclosed to state and territory government and regulatory bodies. The information will otherwise not be shared with any other organisation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
    No responsibility is taken for any variation in the value of the prize.
    The winner will be notified on Tuesday 01 November 2011. The Promoter further reserves the right to determine whether the identification provided by the winner is suitable for verification.
    The Promoter will not be responsible for and will not be liable for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. The Promoter will also not be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay by the Promoter arising from an act of God, riots, acts of terrorism, labour or industrial dispute, any strike, and natural disaster, which are not reasonably within the control of the Promoter.
    In accepting the prize, the winners and his or her companions may be subject to applicable laws or regulations and, prior to the acceptance of the prize, is advised to seek independent advice including but not limited to legal, financial and tax advice.
    All entries become the sole property of the Promoter and may be used for promotional purposes. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of the Promoter in accepting the prize.
