HOW TO ENTER
Entrants are required to complete the following steps:
a) visit  the  Promoter’s  Facebook  page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/ColesKOnline/271987761621
(“Facebook Page”);
b) click the “like”button to become a fan of the Facebook Page (if not already a fan);
c) click the promotion application on the Facebook Page;
d) click the allow’ button as prompted to permit the Promoter access your basic information;
e) input the requested details when prompted (including full name, valid email address ,state and phone
number);
f) upload an original recipe created by yourself that: (i) uses products that can be purchase  at Coles; and
(ii)you would be happy to feature in a Coles Online booklet;
g) upload one accompanying photo of the finished dish made with the recipe. File must be JPG or PNG
format, at least 800 pixels (wide) x600 pixels (high), and not exceed 2 MB in size; and
h) submit the fully completed entryform.


CONDITIONS&OF&ENTRY
1. Information&on&how&to&enter&and&prizes&forms part&of&these&conditions.&Entry&into&this&promotion&is&deemed&
acceptance&of&these&conditions.
2. Entry&is&only&open&to&Australian&residents&who&have&a Facebook&account. Entrants&under&the&age&of&18&must&
obtain&the&prior&permission&of&their&parent&or&guardian&to&enter.&The&parent&or&guardian&may&be&required&to&
verify&consent&and&sign&a&release.
3. Limit&of&one&(1)&entry&per&person. Last&entry&submitted&will&be&used&as&final&entry.
4. Employees& of& the& Promoter& and& its& agencies& associated& with& this& promotion,& and& their& immediate&
families&are&not&eligible&to&enter.&
5. The&Promoter&may at&any&time&verify&the&validity&of&entries&and&entrants&(including&an&entrant’s&identity,&age&

6. Promotion&commences&at&9:00am AEST&on&17/10/11.&Entries&close&at&11:59pm&AEST&on&11/11/11.&Judging&
will&take&place&on&16/11/11&and&will&be&conducted&by&judges&as&nominated&by&the&Promoter.&The&winners&
will&be&announced&on&17/11/11&and&notified&by&telephone&or&email.
7. Each&of&the&six&(6)&winners&will&receive&a&prize&being&a&$250 online&credit for&Coles&Online.&Total&prize&pool&
value&is&$1500. Prizes&are&subject&to&standard&online&credit and&ColesOnline.com.au&terms&and&conditions.
8. Prizes,&or&any unused&portion&of&a&prize,&are&not&transferable, and&cannot&be&taken&as&cash.
9. This& promotion& is& a& game& of& skill& and& chance& plays& no& part. The& winners& will& be& selected& based& on& the&
originality,&creativity,&quality,&inventiveness,&the&balance&of&flavours&of&the&recipe,&and&the&visual&appeal&of&
the&recipe&(based&on&the&photo&provided).&The&top&six&recipes&based&on&these&criteria will&win.
10. The&judges&may&select&reserve&entries&which&they&determine&to&be&the&next&best,&and&record&them&in&order,&
in&case&a&winner&has&submitted&an&invalid&entry, was&ineligible&to&enter,&or&cannot&be&contacted.
11. If&for&any&reason&a&winner&cannot&be&contacted&by&24/11/2011,&then&the&prize&will&be&forfeited and&awarded&
to&a&reserve&entrant.&
12. The&judges’&decision&is&final&and&the&Promoter&will&enter&into&no&correspondence.

13. The& six& winning& entries& will& be& published& on& the& Coles& Online Blog, the& Facebook& Page,& and& in& a& printed&
booklet&available&at&Coles.& Winners&must&provide&a&photograph&of&themselves&which&may&or&may&not&be&
used&in&the&printed&booklet&and&in&Coles&publicity&materials.
14. The& Promoter& accepts& no& responsibility& for& any& late,& lost& or& misdirected& entries& or& for& any& problems& or&
technical&malfunction&of&any&telephone&network&or&lines,&computer&online&systems,&servers,&or&providers,&
computer&equipment,&software,&technical&problems&or&traffic&congestions&on&the&Internet&or&at&any&website,&

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who have a Facebook account. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of their parent or guardian to enter. The parent or guardian may be required to verify consent and sign a release.

3. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Last entry submitted will be used as final entry.

4. Employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

5. The Promoter may at any time verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Promoter may at its discretion accept any errors or omissions.

6. Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 17/10/11. Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 11/11/11. Judging will take place on 16/11/11 and will be conducted by judges as nominated by the Promoter. The winners will be announced on 17/11/11 and notified by telephone or email.

7. Each of the six (6) winners will receive a prize being a $250 online credit for Coles Online. Total prize pool value is $1500. Prizes are subject to standard online credit and ColesOnline.com.au terms and conditions.

8. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable, and cannot be taken as cash.

9. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part. The winners will be selected based on the originality, creativity, quality, inventiveness, the balance of flavours of the recipe, and the visual appeal of the recipe (based on the photo provided). The top six recipes based on these criteria will win.

10. The judges may select reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case a winner has submitted an invalid entry, was ineligible to enter, or cannot be contacted.

11. If for any reason a winner cannot be contacted by 24/11/2011, then the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a reserve entrant.

12. The judges' decision is final and the Promoter will enter into no correspondence.

13. The six winning entries will be published on the Coles Online Blog, the Facebook Page, and in a printed booklet available at Coles. Winners must provide a photograph of themselves which may or may not be used in the printed booklet and in Coles publicity materials.

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestions on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to, any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.

15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

16. Any cost associated with accessing the Facebook Page is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

17. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of entering the promotion or taking a prize.
