Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Entry is only open to residents of NSW, VIC, SA, WA, QLD and ACT. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 3. To enter, entrants must be a member of either the Hoyts Movie Club or Hoyts Rewards and visit www.hoyts.com.au purchase a ticket to ‘I Don’t Know How She Does It’ during the promotional period and complete their online entry by answering ‘What question would you ask Sarah Jessica Parker if you could?’. Non-members can sign up to either the Hoyts Movie Club or Hoyts Rewards during the promotional period and complete the same entry process as outlined above. 6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 8. Opportunity to meet Sarah Jessica Parker is subject to talent and schedule availability and cannot be guaranteed. Every endeavor will be made to ensure the opportunity to ask Sarah Jessica Parker questions on the red carpet. 15. Total prize could not be valued. 16. The prize must be taken on Wednesday 2nd November, with the winner to be in Melbourne for the premiere of I Don’t Know How She Does It on Wednesday 2nd November 2011. If the Activity is varied for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter it may not be rescheduled and no compensation will be offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant State and/or Territory regulatory authority. 17. The winner and companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Once flights have been confirmed by the Prize Provider/s changes are not permittable. Cancellations to the booking may be subject to fees payable by the winner. The itinerary is to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winner and companions may be required to present a credit card at time of accommodation check in. If the winner is under the age of 18 years at the time of the prize draw they must travel with a parent or approved guardian. 18. All other expenses, including spending money, meals, travel to and from departure point, transfers (unless otherwise stated), travel insurance and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Incidental charges charged to the winner’s room, such as meals, mini bar, laundry room services, telephone calls etc., are at the expense of the winner. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner’s at check-in to the hotel. Unless expressly stated all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. 19. The Promoter, prize provider and activity operators, in their absolute discretion, at all times reserve the right to: (a) prevent any winner and/or their companion from participating in the Activity if, at any time, they reasonably believe that they pose a safety risk or for any other reason; and/or (b) cancel the Activity if the conditions are deemed dangerous. (c) vary and/or substitute the prize (or part thereof) without notice with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a State and/or Territory regulatory authority. 20. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner and companion must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize Providers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. 21. The winner and companion of the prize acknowledge that elements of the prize are dangerous and may result in injury or death, and participate at their own risk. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to the approval of any relevant trade lottery authority, to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. 23.
