Conditions of Entry
�� Entry is open to residents of Australia only.
�� The promoter of this competition is the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited. Address: The Bendigo Centre, Bendigo, Victoria 3550. ABN 11 068 049 178 AFSL 237879.
�� Employees of the promoter and their immediate families or a Community Bank® branch of Bendigo Bank are ineligible to enter the competition.
�� The competition will commence at AEST 12:01am 08 August 2011 and will close at 11:59pm 31 October 2011.
�� To be eligible to enter the competition, entrants must register by completing a registration form online at www.bendigobank.com.au/eltonjohn and make a purchase using their Bendigo Visa credit card between AEST 12:01am 08 August 2011 and 11:59pm 31 October 2011.
�� All competition entry details provided incorrectly will be deemed ineligible.
�� Any costs associated with entering the competition is the entrant’s responsibility.
Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the promotion you must:
�� Be 18 years of age or older;
�� Have a principal address in Australia excluding Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands;
�� Hold a Bendigo Bank Visa credit card account;
�� Be the principal cardholder (i.e. you must be the person liable to settle the qualifying transaction charged to your Bendigo Bank Visa credit card account); and
�� Register for the competition by completing a registration form online at www.bendigobank.com.au/eltonjohn
before the competition closing date of 11:59pm 31 October 2011.
Qualifying Transaction
�� A qualifying transaction (‘purchase’) means any Visa transactions made using (a) a Bendigo Bank Visa credit card for any Australian or overseas transaction and (b) for retail purchases ($1 minimum purchase required) when credit is selected.
�� Subject to your eligibility, you may enter the Promotion by registering for the competition at www.bendigobank.com.au/eltonjohn and making a qualifying transaction during the promotion period. Each qualifying transaction automatically qualifies you for one entry into the national prize draw.
�� The following transactions are not qualifying transactions (i) a transaction which has been reversed or cancelled within seven days of being posted to your Bendigo Bank Visa credit card account (ii) Visa credit card cash advances and ATM withdrawals and (iii) BPAY or Pay Anyone payments.
�� The Bendigo Bank Visa credit card must not be cancelled, closed, suspended or in default at the time of the draw or payment of Prize.
�� If your name is drawn as a prize winner you will be contacted by telephone and in writing. The Promoter will contact you to notify you that you are a prize winner subject to confirmation that you are eligible to receive the prize in this promotion under the Conditions of Entry; confirm whether you wish to claim the prize; and confirm delivery of the prize.
