at 11.59pm on Sunday November 6 2011 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own

RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of
- Western Australia.
- Entrants must be aged (18) eighteen years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any
prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition
run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY During the Registration Period, MIX 94.5 will air a promo soliciting listeners to
enter the Competition by registering their details at the website including the
following information:

(c) State
(d) Postcode
(e) Contact Telephone Number
(f) Email address
There will also be additional questions to enter this competition as stated
below:
1. What brand of street directory do you own? (UBD, Gregory’s,
Streetsmart, Other)
2. What year is the directory? Open
3. What age bracket do you belong to (under 25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55,
56-65, 65+)

MIX 94.5 of 450 Roberts Road, Subiaco WA 6008.
There will be five (5) winners drawn by an electronic random draw.
