Based on a true story, Brad Pitt stars as Billy Beane the general manager of the Oakland A’s who is forced to reinvent his baseball team on a very tight budget. A film for anybody who has ever dreamed of taking on the system, Billy with a young recent graduate Peter Brand (Jonah Hill) in an unlikely partnership, recruiting bargain players and trying and outsmart the richer clubs.
