WFI Client Satisfaction Survey Competition

Terms and Conditions

1) WHO MAY ENTER The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are residents of Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, Queensland , New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, aged over 18 years, who are not employees or immediate family members of Wesfarmers Limited and its subsidiaries.  “Immediate family" includes spouse, de facto, parent, natural or adopted child and sibling whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.

2) CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Residents of Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania aged over 18 years of age who submit a completed WFI Client Satisfaction Survey by 30th November 2011 at the WFI website www.wfi.com.au , indicate they wish to take part in the prize draw and provide a contact name and telephone number will be entered into the prize draw automatically on submission of the survey.

3) DURATION Promotion commences at 13.00 WST on 5th October 2011 and closes at 13.00 WST on 30th November 2011

4) PRIZE The prize consists of a chance for two eligible people to win one of 2 $500 Coles Group & Myer gift cards (total prize pool $1,000).  Terms and conditions for use of the gift cards apply according to http://www.giftcards.com.au/termsofuse/.  All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.  The prize is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. 

5) SELECTION OF WINNERS All persons who complete a WFI Client Satisfaction Survey by 30thNovember 2011 at the WFI website www.wfi.com.au and indicate they wish to take part in the draw and provide contact name and telephone number will be entered into the draw automatically on submission of the survey.  The winners will be determined by chance as they will be selected at random manually from a barrel.   The draw will be conducted at 11:00 WST on 2nd December 2011 at WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean, WA 6054.  The promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters.  No correspondence will be entered into.

6) NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS The winners will be contacted by WFI within two business days of the draw and also advised in writing.  The winner's name will be published on the WFI website www.wfi.com.au on  the  6th December 2011.

7) UNCLAIMED PRIZES In the event of an unclaimed prize the promoter will take reasonable steps to deliver the prize.  Should the prize remain unclaimed after March 15th 2012, subject to state regulations a redraw will be conducted at 11:00 on the March 16th 2012 at  WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean, WA 6054, to further determine the winner of the prize.  The winner will be contacted within 2 business days of the draw and advised in writing.  The winners name will be published on the WFI website www.wfi.com.au on March 22nd 2012.   

8) OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES Entries received after the closing date of 30th November 2011, will not be considered.  All entries become the property of WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean, WA 6054.  As all eligible persons are clients of WFI, for the purposes of conducting the promotion and also for WFI to carry out functions of its business, the names addresses and insurance details of all entrants will be stored on WFI's database.

9) NO QUALITY REPRESENTATION The Promoter makes no representation or warranties as to the quality or suitability of any goods and services offered as prizes.

11) PRIVACY The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as are reasonable in the circumstances to prevent loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure and misuse.
