HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Alfa one – Have you discovered the secret? Promotion, purchase any Alfa One product from a participating store during the Promotional Period, log on to
www.alfaone.com.au and complete all requested details in full and submit in the
manner required, the online entry form, including entering the 4 last digits of
the barcode from the purchased product and the last 4 digits from the store
receipt/transaction number.

As part of these terms and conditions you are required to keep original or copies of all
receipt(s) as proof of purchase so you can prove your participation in this
competition, if you are the winner.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance
of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees
(and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related
entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are
directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are
ineligible to enter the promotion.
3.Incomplete, or indecipherable entries or claims will be deemed invalid.
4.Promotion commences at 10.30am AEDT on 29.10.2011 and entries close at
11.59pm AEDT on 31.12.2011 (“Promotional Period”).
5.The Prize winner will be determined by a judging panel.The
Prize Winner will be the participant with the most creative
sentence and that meet all the competition requirements.
6.The first valid Prize winner selected by the judging panel will win a
return trip for two adults to the Vietnam. Prize includes:
return economy airfares (for two) from winners closest capital
city in Australia to Vietnam; Return Transfers to hotel; Seven
(7) night’s accommodation; meals: full buffet breakfast daily;
English speaking guide; Market Visits; Hands on Cooking and
travel insurance.
7.Additional spending money, meals, additional insurance, transport to and
from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal
nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs incurred
as a result of taking part in the prize are not included.
8.The Prize does not (except as expressly stated) include: (i) transfers;
(ii) other transport or accommodation; (iii) meals or beverages;
(iv) incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar charges,
telephone calls, in house movies, food and beverages); (v)
spending money; (vi) health cover; (vii) vaccinations or other
medical or health related services; (viii) any other ancillary
costs which may be incurred by the winner or their guest in
relation to the prize trip. Visas, passports, and all entry,
exit, health or other documents required by law, regulations,
orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or
transited are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. Winner is
responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or
suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
9.Prize to be taken between 18 January 2012 and 02 December 2012. Prize to be
booked by 01 March 2012. All elements are subject to
availability at time of booking. Frequent flyer points will not
form part of the prize. Winner may be required to present credit
card at time of accommodation check in. Subject to the terms and
conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any
reason a winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take
the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulates,
then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited
and will not be redeemable for cash.
10.Total Prize Pool is valued at up to $6,000 AUD.
11.All prizes are valued in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified. The
total potential prize pool for Australian entrants is up to
AUD$6,000.
12.Winner and their companion must be available to take the prize before
02.12.2012. All inclusions are subject to availability at the
time of booking and travel cannot be taken during peak periods
and special events. If the winner and their companion are not
available, the Promoter will contact further judging in order to
find a winner who is available.
13.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into. The Prize Winner will be contacted by phone and
mail or email.The name of the winner will be published in the www.alfaone.com.au website on the 17.01.12
14.Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise
specified.
15.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any
time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to
disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that
entrant) for tampering with the entry process, including but not
limited to the use of techniques designed to avoid payment of
call costs, for submitting an entry which is not in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a
waiver of those rights.
16.Multiple entries are permitted however entry is limited to one entry per
Impulse product purchased in a participating store during the
promotional period. Proof of purchase for every entry submitted,
in the form of a photocopy or an original store purchase
receipt(s), must be provided on the Promoter’s request in order
to claim the prize. Where copy of the receipt is not provided on
request, or the receipt(s) record(s) a purchase outside of the
promotional period, the entry will be deemed invalid and the
prize will be re-judged in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions.
17.Maximum of 5 entries per person, per day. Per person will be defined as the email address used for online entry.
18.The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or
electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter
repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted
from that source and by those entrants invalid.
19.Cost of accessing the Internet is the entrant’s responsibility. Any
costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the
entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet
service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly
shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for
receipt of incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All such
inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is
accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that
does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.>
20.The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize judging if necessary at the same
time and place as the original judging on 17.04.12 in order to
distribute any prize/s unclaimed by that date, subject however
to any directions from a regulatory authority. Any winners in
the unclaimed prize judging will be notified in writing and have
their name published in the website www.alfaone.com.au on
01.05.12.
21.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may
arise from acceptance of the prize winnings.Independent financial advice should be sought.
22.Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject
to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and
service providers.
23.If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the
prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or
that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash.
24.In the event that a prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable
endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right
to substitute a prize of equal recommended retail value, subject
to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
25.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
26.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in
connection with the Promotion, taking or using a prize or any
act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and
any person associated with it, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
27.It is a condition of entry that the winner (and companion) may be
required to execute a Deed of Acknowledgement, Release and
Indemnity in a form prescribed by the Promoter in its
discretion.
28.In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter
reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion subject to any written directions from a relevant
Regulatory Authority.
29.The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information,
either caused by the telephone or internet user or for any of
the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this
promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination
thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of
this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line
or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical
problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website,
software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to
or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to
participants or any other person’s computer related to or
resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in
the promotion. If for any reason this promotion is not capable
of running as planned, including but not limited to technical
failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause
beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct
of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by a
relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the promotion.
30.All entries the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal
information in order to conduct the promotion. If the
information requested is not provided, the entrant may not
participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, unless
otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter
may use this information, in any media for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference,
payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending

31.Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness,
image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including
photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for
an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose
of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and
promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied
by the Promoter.
32.The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age,
identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address.
Identification considered suitable for verification is at the
discretion of the Promoter.
33.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports
to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as
provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well
as any other implied warranties under the Trade Practices Act or
ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and
Territories of Australia.
