Bridesmaids Australia - Terms & Conditions
1. Competition open to Over 18's Australian Residents only

2. Final closing date for entries is 1159 hrs GMT 14 December 2011.

3. There is one main prize bundle to be won. The prize bundle consists of one $10,000 diamond rings from GraysOutlets.com, 6 copies of Bridesmaids on DVD (one for the entrant and one for each of their selected friends/bridesmaids. All copies of the movie will be sent to the entrant).

4. You can enter the competition through the Bridesmaids app on Facebook. The entry instructions in the Bridesmaids Crew Application form part of these rules.

5. The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the Promoter.

6. No purchase is necessary.

7. There is no cash alternative.

8. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize bundle (or individual products in it) for one of equal or greater value as required. Products are subject to availability.

10. The winning entrant will be notified via email. Winner must respond with their address to the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize. Any prize not claimed within 7 Days will be forfeited. Winners need to allow 28 days for the delivery of their prize

11. The winner agrees to co-operate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required.

12. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition if at any time it considers it has been subject to fraudulent activities.

13. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

16. Administration of the application by Redskin Marketing Ltd, Park Gate House, 70a Old Shoreham Road, Brighton BN3 6HJ, UK.

17. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and it is a condition of entry that entrants agree that Facebook shall not be liable to the entrants in any respect in connection with the competition.

18. Any questions, comments or complaints relating to the competition should be directed to Redskin Marketing Ltd, Park Gate House, 70aOld Shoreham Road, Brighton BN3 6HJ, United Kingdom.

19. The Promoter/Administrator reserves the right to alter, amend or discontinue this competition without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

The Promoter/Administrator accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant to the competition or any damage to any entrant's property (including computer equipment and/or data which is stored on any equipment) as a result of using the Bridesmaids application, entering the competition or accepting the prize.

21. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of; New South Wales, Australia.

22. Uses of personal data received by the promoter in the course of the competition are subject to the following privacy policy:

23. By using this application you agree that all personal data that you supply to us will be true, complete and accurate in all respects and you agree to notify us immediately of any changes to that personal data.

24. The prize winner's name and their regional location can be requested from the Administrator by sending a stamped address envelope marked "Bridesmaids competition Winner for Australia". This request needs to be made by 21st December 2011
