By entering the "Flip the Queue Giveaway" competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1.0STANDARD TERMS

1.1Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2.0WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Queensland.

2.2Employees and their immediate families of Flip the Queue and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

2.3Entrants must be 18 years or over.

3.0HOW TO ENTER

3.1The competition commences on 25 October 2011 at 1200 and concludes on 07 November 2011 at 1700.

3.2In order to enter, participants must fill in Flip the Queue's survey via the website's link or email link sent to them direct. Each participant must then enter their email address where requested after completion of the survey to gain entry into the competition. If a survey is completed but no email address supplied at the end of the survey the person will not be eligible for entry into the competition.

3.3Entrants in the competition may enter the competition once.

3.4Entrants in the competition will receive one extra entry for each email address they refer to the survey provided the referred person also completes the survey during the period mentioned at 3.1.

3.5Entries must be received by 1700 on 07 November 2011.

4.0PRIZES

4.1Provided there are at least five entrants there will be five winners. The winners will each receive one prize, as set out below.

Maximum prize value per winner is $50.

4.3The winner is responsible for sending Flip the Queue their address details on notification from the company (via email) that they have won.

4.4In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition.

4.5If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, they are disqualified and the runner up will be deemed the winner.

4.6Prizes cannot be transferred and are not redeemable for cash.

5.HOW TO WIN

5.1There will be five winners chosen from the total pool of email entries received from the survey. The winner will be checked for eligibility into the competition.

5.2The winners will be notified via email on 14 November 2011. The winner's name and suburb will be published on the Flip the Queue Website on 15 November 2011 and remain viewable until 29 November 2011.

5.3The promoter's decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

6.0NO LIABILITY

6.1In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.

6.2Flip the Queue will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

6.3Flip the Queue will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:

a) during the draw;

b)whilst undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw

c)in the participation in any prize;

d)as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;

e)in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;

f)arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;

6.4Flip the Queue assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation

or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
