Once an entrant has validly 'checked-in' with a mate, they cannot 'check-in' again with that mate and be awarded points with that mate for another two (2) hours. An entrant can 'check-in' with multiple mates in a given instance and will be awarded points for each valid 'check-in', in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 15. For each single valid 'check-in' with a mate, the entrant will accrue 25 points. For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant validly 'checks-in' with a mate, both users will accrue points subject to these Terms and Conditions. Check-ins with non-registered Application users will 'fail' and the entrant will be promoted to connect with another valid mate. An entrant will not accrue any points for a 'failed' check-in. 16. For the purposes of this promotion, an entrant can 'check-in' with a mate once every two (2) hours, and therefore a maximum of twelve (12) times per promotional day. Maximum points allocated per mate, via 'check-in', for each promotional day is therefore: 25 points x 12 = 300 points. Maximum points allocated per mate, via 'check-in', for each promotional week is therefore: 300 points x 7 = 2,100 points. Maximum points allocated per mate, via 'check-in', for the five (5) weeks of the promotion is therefore: 2,100 points x 5 = 10,500 points. 17. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter or accrue points repeatedly, or manipulate point allocation, is prohibited and will render all entries submitted and/or points accrued by that entrant invalid. Progress is achieved by checking in with mates and thereby accumulating points. Each time an individual checks-in with a mate, they are awarded points. The more times they check in with a mate, the more points they accumulate. Once a user has checked-in with a mate, they will not be awarded points for checking in again until 2 hours has elapsed. Entrants can compare their status in relation to other mates and all registered users on the main leader board both within the mobile Application and on the Facebook Hub Micro site (www.pepsimaxtopmates.com.au/facebook/) . Entrants should not rely on information featured on the leader board to confirm if they are the winner. The leader board may not be a true reflection of the results. All points and entrants featured on a leader board are subject to verification by the Promoter. 18. The entrant who validly accrues the most points at the end of the Entry Period will, after verification by the Promoter, be the major prize winner and will win a $30,000 'Brocation' holiday voucher. The winner will be notified in writing. 19. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a holiday voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a holiday voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of holiday voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the holiday voucher. 20. The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
