Terms & Conditions

   1. Promoter is Allphones Retail Pty Limited ABN 67 008 168 090, Suite 1, Level 7, 3 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes NSW 2138.
   2. By answering the question “What instrument you would like to learn and why” on the Promoter’s website: http://www.allphones.com.au in 25 words or less, you agree: a) to be bound by these Terms & Conditions; b) acknowledge that you have read the Allphones Privacy Policy, available at http://www.allphones.com.au.
   3. Valid entrants must be Australian residents who answer the question, “What instrument you would like to learn and why” through the link on the Allphones website between 12am AEST on 1 November, 2011 and 12pm on 30 November, 2011 AEST in 25 words or less.
   4. This competition is a Game of Skill.
   5. The winner will be chosen on 30 November, 2011 by a select panel of judges at the Promoter’s offices; Suite 1, Level 7, 3 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes NSW. The winning entry will be an original work, selected on merit and individual creativity in response to the question; “What instrument you would like to learn and why” Chance plays no part in this competition.
   6. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   7. The winner will be notified on 30 November 2011 by a representative of the Promoter, by telephone and on the number supplied at the time of entry. The prize will be sent to the winner at his or her nominated street address by normal courier within New South Wales or overnight courier for all other states and territories.
   8. The winner of the Taylor Swift tickets will receive double pass tickets to the Taylor Swift performance at 7.30pm, Saturday 10th March 2012 at Allphones Arena, Olympic Park, Homebush, NSW.
   9. It is the responsibility of the winning entrant to provide their own transport and accommodation to the performance.
  10. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
  11. The prize is non-transferable.
  12. One entry permitted per person.
  13. The Promoter collects the personal information of entrants to conduct this promotion. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to allow The Promoter and any of its related companies to publish your name on The Promoter’s or any of its related companies’ websites should your entry be successful.
  14. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is correct and up to date at the time of entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the details provided by you are incorrect.
  15. The Promoter will only use your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the privacy policy available on this website.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of The Promoter, The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
