ELIGIBILITY 4.1 Entry is free and open to permanent residents of Australia aged 15 years of age or over. 4.2 Other residents of Australia who do not qualify to enter may use the application but are not eligible to win any Prizes for this promotion. 4.3 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete, damaged, unlawful, defamatory, obscene or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.Prize allocation is determined by judging the most creative 5 responses to the competition question. All entries will be judged by the Promoter. The winners will be notified by email to the email address registered on the entry form following the judging (within 24 hours). 11. The winners’ names will be published on the ‘TV on DVD’ Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/tvondvd). In the event that the Prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, such Prizes will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. 12. The Prizes will be delivered to the entrant’s provided postal address. Please allow a minimum of 28 days for delivery of Prizes from the date of the final judging (15/11/11). 13. All Prizes are personal to the winner and are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
