Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Enter by logging onto www.weleda.com.au, complete the online entry form and link the correct plant with the region. Incomplete and illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be discarded. Only one entry per person permitted per month.
Promotion commences on Wednesday 13 April 2011. Entries close on Tuesday 15 December 2011 at midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time. No responsibility accepted for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
Each entry will be individually judged by a panel at Weleda Australia Pty Ltd ("the Promoter") on skill to complete entry form correctly. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The judging will take place on the 1st of each month for the preceding month from April to November. December's judging will take place on Wednesday 16 December at 10am at the location of the office of Weleda Australia Pty Ltd, 14/13 Avalon Parade, Avalon NSW 2107, Australia. The winners will be notified by email.
The winning entries may be published on the Weleda brand websites at www.weleda.com.au and www.weleda.co.nz .
There are 9 monthly prize packs to be won between the months of April to December 2011. Each monthly prize includes a Discovery Pack and a $90 product voucher to be redeemed on Weleda products within a 90 day period from date of issue and in a single transaction. The major prize draw includes all  monthly entrants and consists of a $900 product voucher to be redeemed on Weleda products within a 9 month period from date of issue. The product vouchers are to be redeemed on Weleda products only,  and the winner is to order their product direct from the Promoter. Products excluded in the competition include goods that cannot be mailed. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between the date the information is published and the date the prize is claimed.
Except for the liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any cost, expense, loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury or damage which is suffered or sustained, as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned as in the case of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure or other causes beyond the control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions of any relevant authority.
