The insideVIEW promotion Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the "The inside VIEW" promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible.
The Promoter is REAL ESTATE VIEW LTD (ABN 31 064 397 351) 335 Camberwell Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124, Australia.
Promotion commences September 26th 2011 (AEST). Promotion closes November 20th 11.59pm (AEST) with the final winner announced on November 21st at 11.30am.

Entry is open to Australian residents only over the age of 18 years. The employees, directors, management, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants must also have not any known connection to or relationship with any staff member of REIV or Realestateview.com.au Ltd (and associated websites) - Sputnik Agency or Taylor & Grace. "Immediate families" means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

The prizes consist of: 8 weekly prizes of 1 x JB Hi Fi Voucher to the value of AUD$1,000(incl GST) each.
The total prize value is AUD$8,000 (incl GST).
The prize value is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. A prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize (or part) with a prize (or part) of equal or greater value. The sharing of prizes is not permitted.
How to Enter

Entry is available via realestateVIEW.com.au at www.realestateview.com.au/insideview
To be a valid entry, the form which appears after a consumer clicks on the 'Enter Competition to WIN $1,000 JB Hi Fi voucher' button must be completed. Entrants must provide their full name, phone number, email address, postcode, how they found out about the promotion, what type of property seeker they are and consent to the campaign Terms and Conditions.
Entries are limited to 1 per week per person but each unique email submitted in the forward to a friend entry form will be accepted as an extra entry into the draw.
The competition runs from Monday to Sunday weekly, with a weekly prize drawn at 11.30am each Monday morning for the 8 week campaign.
Entries close 11.59pm (AEST) each Sunday night for the 8 week campaign.
Competition Draw
The competition will be drawn: at realestateVIEW.co.au Ltd. 335 Camberwell Road, Camberwell Victoria at AEST 10.30am Monday 3rd October, Monday 10th October, Monday 17th October, Monday 24th October, Monday 31st October, Monday 7th November, Monday 14th November, Monday 21st November.
Winners will be notified by phone and email on the day of each prize draw and the names of all winners will be published in the Australian newspaper on Thursday 24th of November 2011.
The prize will be sent to the winner by registered mail to their nominated address. The winner will be contacted at AEST 11.30am Monday 3rd October, Monday 10th October, Monday 17th October, Monday 24th October, Monday 31st October, Monday 7th November, Monday 14th November, Monday 21st November for notification of their winnings and confirmation of their postal address.
An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted from all correctly received entries for all unclaimed prizes (e.g. if all 8 are unclaimed then a draw for all 8 prizes will be undertaken) and will be held at 11am AEST 21st February 2012 at realestateVIEW.com.au Ltd, 335 Camberwell Road, Camberwell, Victoria 3124.
The winners from the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by phone and email at 11:30am AEST 22nd February 2012. The names of all winners will be published in The Australian newspaper on the 27th of February 2012.
The winner will be determined by a random computer generated electronic drawing procedure of the participants that have correctly submitted their details on the competition entry form.
All entries are the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion, you understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by you on the terms and for the purpose set out in the Promoter's Privacy Statement available at http://www.realestateVIEW.com.au/Privacy-Policy.html. Each entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant's personal information to administer the Promotion and announce the winner and disclosing the entrant's personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). The Promoter may use this information, in any media for all future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Entrant, including sending the Entrant electronic messages. Access to personal information may be requested by contacting the Promoter. Entrant should direct any request to access, update or collect information to the Promoter.
Any tax liability arising, as a result of accepting any of the prizes is the responsibility of the winner.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering this promotion or receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter's decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The costs associated with accessing the Promoter's website is the Entrants responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entries that are deemed to be submitted via any form of computer programming or automatically generated entries.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory (where relevant). The Promoter reserves the right and may in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or may benefit from such tampering.
Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law the Promoter and any of its employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents:
(1) are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer or mobile handset related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion;
(2) accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in connection with this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of this Promotion, including (but not limited to) any failure of the computer system or other equipment to determine winners in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; and
(3) accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries or entrant's details.
The Promoter, and any of its employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in a promotional database and NOT at the time of transmission by the Entrant.
