HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit RedBalloon's Facebook page and answer the weekly question. You must be a fan of RedBalloon on Facebook in order to enter and must agree to sign up to RedBalloon's weekly newsletter. Correct answers that week will go into a draw from which one winner will be chosen each week.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

    Submission of entry is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
    Each week, those with correct entries will go into a draw to win the prize on offer for that week.
    Only one entry into the competition per weekly question per person will be allowed. You may enter up to six times, one entry per question.
    You must use a valid email address to be eligible to enter and provide an answer to the weekly question. You must also agree to receive RedBalloon's weekly newsletter.
    Promotional period commences 15/11/2011 and closes 23/11/2011 at midday (AEDT). No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims.
    Each week's winner will be notified via email the day after that week’s question closes.
    Questions will be open for entry during the following times:
        15/11/2011 – 20/11/2011
        21/11/2011 – 27/11/2011
        28/11/2011 – 04/12/2011
        05/12/2011 – 11/12/2011
        12/12/2011 – 18/12/2011
        19/12/2011 – 23/12/2011 at midday (AEDT).
    All entrants must have a valid email address to enter the promotion. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion and fulfill prizing. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at www.redballoon.com.au/general/privacy.cfm
    Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents, excluding ACT.
    Employees of the Promoter, RedBalloon Pty Ltd, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
    Contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
    There are six prizes to give away, with a total prize pool of up to $1,899.
    Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash as illustrated in our voucher terms and conditions.
    RedBalloon Experience Vouchers and Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of the prize draw.
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering or interfering with the entry process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source invalid.
    The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, as a result of taking or using any of the prizes, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
