Game of Skill Terms and Conditions for the Inside Out 100 Inspiring Xmas Gifts
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.  Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees and their immediate families of News Magazines and its agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.
3. To enter Participants must answer the following question in 25 words or less “why would you like to win the 100 products?” To answer participants must send their answer by;
a. Mail: On the back of an envelope send their answer, along with their full name, address and daytime contact number to Inside Out/100 Inspiring Xmas Gifts, Locked Bag 5030, Alexandria NSW 2015.
OR
b. Facebook: “Like” the Inside Out Facebook page www.facebook.com/Inside.Out.magazine.au and submit their answer, along with their full name, address and daytime contact number on the Inside Out Facebook “Competitions” tab
4. The competition commences at 00.01 (AEDT) on Tuesday 2nd November 2011 and closes at 23.59 (AEDT) on Thursday19th January 2012. (“Entry Period”). Multiple entries will be accepted, however, each entry must be sent in as a separate correspondence.
5. This competition is a game of skill.  Chance plays no part in determining the winners.  All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity.  The best entry as determined by the judges, will win a prize.
6. Judging will take place at 12:00pm (AEDT) on Friday 20th January 2012 at 2.00pm (EST) at News Magazines 180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015.  Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from News Magazines. The winner will be notified by phone within 7 days of the judging. 
7. News Magazines acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
8. News Magazines discloses that the participant is providing information to News Magazines and not to Facebook. Entry details remain the property of News Magazines. The name and details of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by News Magazines, unless the winner otherwise notifies News Magazines at the time of accepting the prize.

11. Entries must be received Inside Out magazine during the Entry Period.  Entries received after the end date and time will not count towards the competition.
12. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond News Magazines’ control, News Magazines may substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. Prize values are correct at time of printing. News Magazines are not responsible for any changes in value or the prize.
13. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.  The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.  News Magazines accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.  Entries deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way will be excluded from winning a prize.
