1.

The conditions of entry relate to The Fishing DVD #25 Competition to win a number of individual prizes:
 1 x Daiwa - Seagate 3500 RRP$349
 1 x Maui Jim Prize Pack – sunglasses towel and cap RRP $299
 1 x Yamaha Prize Pack: Jacket, Polo Shirt, Cap and Bag. RRP over $200

 15 winners will be chosen, and each will win 1 prize pack.

By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these Conditions of Entry.

Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. The Promoter is Offshore Productions, 6 Stratford park Drive, Pomona, Qld 4568 (ABN 56 077 093 835).



5.

The competition closes on 18/02/12. The winner will be selected, having regard to creativity and originality, on 21/02/12 at the offices of Offshore Productions.

 The winner will be notified by phone or email, and details posted on www.fishingdvd.com.au



7.

Winner will be selected by a panel of judges. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

 Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your prize.
