Terms and Conditions for CrazySales.com.au "12 Days of Christmas Competition"
Instructions on how to enter (as featured on the promotional page on CrazySales.com.au Facebook Page) form part of these conditions of entry.
The promotion period begins 10am AEST on 15th November 2011 (10.00am) and ends at 10am AEST on 20th December 2011
Entry is free and open to Australian Residents only, who are 18 years or over. Employees of Auspac Sources Pty Ltd and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Additional entries may be allocated if an entrant opts in to provide email addresses of friends to invite to enter they will be awarded another entry into the competition. If an entrant provides email addresses of other parties they must have consent from the person whose email address they nominate (provide) in accordance with the Federal Spam Act. This can only occur via the entry form and awarded by the Promoter.
Eligible entrants must complete their entry details on the form- accessed from www.facebook.com/crazysales.com.au.
Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name.
Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win the prize
Entrant may only win once during the entire competition promotion. If an entrant wins a prize they are not eligible to win another prize.
All entries will be downloaded and placed into a manual draw and chosen randomly. One entry will be drawn each day over 12 consecutive days from 9th to 20th December 2011 at 10am AEST at the Auspac Sources Offices located at 1-5 Villa Road, Springvale, Victoria 3171
Winner/s will be notified in writing via email by the 22nd December 2011 and announced on CrazySales.com.au Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites. Winner's details will be promoted on our website banners and email newsletters and any other form of media of choice.
Winners will be announced in writing in The Herald Sun (Victorian Circulation) on December 24th 2011.
The Promoter may conduct further draws at 10am at the Auspac Sources building located at 1-5 Villa Road, Springvale, Victoria 3171 if prize unclaimed or the Promoter is unable to make contact with the winner by two (2) months, 21 February 2012. If such a draw is required, the winner will be notified via email. Choice of prizes will be chosen from the following categories: Amazing Deals, Appliances, Automotive, Baby, Beauty and Health, Bedding and Bath, Business and Office, Computers and IT, Electronics, Fashion and Bags, Home and Garden, Musical Instruments, Novelties and Party, Outdoor and Leisure, Pet Supplies, Sports and Fitness, Tools, Toys and Hobbies, Watches and Jewellry, Wine.
The total prize pool is valued up to $11,988. Prizes include: Twelve (12) prizes (one (1) prize per winner only) of the entrants choice up to the value of $999.00 per prize. Entrant may only choose one (1) prize up to the value of $999.00.
Postage costs of up to $100.00 per winner/item will be provided to cover shipping costs. If postage exceeds $100.00 it is the responsibility of the winner to incur the price difference to be paid directly to the Promoter by either PayPal or Bpay. Shipping charges are not applicable to Victorian residents whose items are shipped within Victoria. If the winner would like to change their prize due to the shipping costs after they have won the prize this will be considered and assessed (but not guaranteed) by the Promoter.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Prize values mentioned are in Australian dollars and the original website price (Specials, sales or any change to the original price is not applicable) The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the competition dates and the date the prize is claimed.
When choosing a prize from www.crazysales.com.au entrants must note that the price of the item is the full original price displayed on www.crazysales.com.au excluding any special, discount or sale price on the item.
The prize that is selected in the entrants "Wishlist" is the prize that will be awarded if entrant is deemed a winner. The winner's choice of prize may not be changed. If the item the winner has chosen is not in stock or no longer available for whatever reason, the winner may choose a replacement product from the website under $999.00 dollars. The Promoter reserves the right to confirm the replacement product.
Due to the Christmas holiday period prizes may not be shipped until after 3rd January 2012. For items shipped from overseas the shipping date may be after 10th January 2012. Within a 28 day period.
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage of items occurred during shipping.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Promoters Privacy Policy. By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter via email to social@crazysales.com.au
The use of any form of automated software or any other electronic, mechanical or other means that allows multiple entries to be repeated continuously is not permitted and will automatically disqualify the entrant from the competition.
Costs incurred to enter the competition such as internet or mobile phone usage are the responsibility of the entrant and not the responsibility of the promoter. The entrant must cover all associated costs.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or to cancel or modify the competition if the competition is interfered with or is not able to be conducted due to any reason beyond the Promoters control.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any lost or late entries and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times of the competition period due to technical or human error.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of the Prizes.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. The Promoter's decisions in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that it is a condition of participation in the Promotion that the entrant be capable of agreeing to these Terms and giving the consents contained herein.
