Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these 'Conditions of Entry'.

2. Entry is only open to those who enter a valid entry during the 'Promotional Period' ('Eligible Entrants'). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. To enter the competition, Eligible Entrants must enter in 50 words or less "What your top beauty or fashion secret is".

4. By entering the competition, entrants agree to receiving future marketing communications from Closet Overhaul relating to the products services offered by Closet Overhaul. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time by replying 'unsubscribe' to any email communication.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

6. Multiple entries per Eligible Entrant are not permitted.

7. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

8. Promotion commences Tuesday, 01 November 2011. Entries close 5pm AEDST Thursday 1 December2011. Judging will take place at 38 Skyring Tce, Teneriffe Qld on Friday 2 December 2011. The winner will be notified by email by Monday 05 December 2011. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, rationale in answering the competition question.

10. The one winner will receive a Christina Aguilera Royal Desire perfume (50ml) as well as a Mimco Gift Bag to the value of $200. The prize will be delivered directly to winners' nominated postal address.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

12. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
