   1. Entries open on 20th November 2011, entries close 31st December 2011
   2. AL-KO International and ACP Magazines are the Sponsors of the AL-KO 470B Lawn Mower giveaway.
   3. The winner will receive One (1) AL-KO Silver 470B Premium Lawn Mower. Valued at $529.  Five (5) runners up will each receive a one year subscription to Burkes Back Yard magazine valued at $49.95 each.
   4. The winner and runners up will be chosen by the judges based on the quality, detail and originality of the entrants submission. There is no element of chance to this giveaway.
   5. All entries must be submitted electronically via http://www.alkogarden.com.au/win or http://www.alko.com.au/which-al-ko-lawn-mower-is-right-for-you-and-why/.
   6. Only 1 entry is allowed per person per e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.
   7. Winners will be notified by email, phone and regular mail and must respond to notification within ten (10) calendar days of the notification date. If notification is undeliverable or no response is received, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining entries.
   8. Decisions regarding receipt of entries, judging and processing are at the discretion of the judges and are final. No substitution of prizes can be made by winners however the sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize for an item of equal or greater value.
   9. AL-KO is not responsible for undeliverable, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for mechanical errors, typographical errors, computer malfunctions, display viewing problems, faulty transmissions, or network errors during the submission of entries or the hosting of the contest.
  10. The contest is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of AL-KO International and its advertising agencies, promotion companies, agents, subsidiaries and immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.
  11. By submitting an entry you agree to forfeit all claims to the ownership or intellectual property of your entry.
  12. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s names, entry and likenesses for publicity without any additional compensation.
  13. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to receive promotional e-mail and special offers from AL-KO and its partners.
