ALL LOTTERIES AND GAMES OF CHANCE - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
 
METHOD OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
 
2. Except where advertised differently, entry is only open to all residents of Australia over 21 years of age. Employees of Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd or Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and their immediate families are ineligible.
 
3. The competition will commence on 16 November 2011 and will end on 29 February 2012.
 
4. Entry is as advised in the conditions of entry, and only during the period advertised as the promotional period for that competition (the Promotional Period):
 
5. Entry to the competition is via the internet. Entrants must either scan the promotional coaster and input their details or enter their details as specified on the Cruise Megastore website at www.cruisemegastore.com.au/winacruise.
 
6. All correct and valid entries submitted during the specified Promotional Period, will be entered into the prize draw to win the nominated prizes.
 
7. Entry is on the condition that all personal details collected will be used for the purpose of marketing Cruise, tour and related travel offers via email, phone, SMS or web. By opting in when entering the competition, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that Cruise Megastore may use the entrants information for future promotion and marketing activities including, without limitations, sending the entrant electronic messages, SMS, phone or web campaigns.
If an entrant no longer consents to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Promoter on their details set out below.
 
PRIZES
8. The main prizes will consist of a 11 night Tropical North Queensland cruise on board Royal Caribbean’s Rhapsody of the Seas, departing Sydney, Australia on 18 November 2012.(rrp $3730). The prize will be valid for an Oceanview twin share cabin and will be inclusive of all Government taxes, fees and gratuities. The prize winner must be 21 years or over on or before the day of departure. The total or accumulated prize value cannot exceed $5,000.
 
10. Any additional costs, such as travel insurance, accommodation, meals, spending money, passports, visas, transport to and from departure points, transfers, items of a personal nature and other incidentals are the winner’s responsibilities and are not included unless stated as part of the prize. This prize is subject to booking and availability.

11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
 
12. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, Cruise Megastore reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
 
13. All prizes from the advertised prize pool will be distributed. At the end of the lottery all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
 
WINNER NOTIFICATION
14. The major prize will be drawn on Monday 5 March 2012 12pm AEST at Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, QLD 4212.
 
15. All winners will be notified by email, and/or phone.  All winners will be posted on www.cruisemegastore.com.au after Tuesday 6 March 2012
 
PUBLICITY
16. Each entrant consents to the content of their entry and any telephone entries or other call with the Promoter being recorded, broadcast and published online by the Promoter without payment.

17. The winner will be required as part of a Promotion to submit photographs and a blog via email of their cruise experience within  2 weeks of their cruise return date. The winner consents and hereby grants to the Promoter all rights necessary for the Promoter to edit and publish on its website the photograph and blog at the Promoter’s discretion and for other publicity purposes associated with the promotion of Cruise Megastore. The winner warrants to the Promoter that all parties shown in the photograph have provided their consent for the purposes of the Promotion and that the photograph is in fact a photograph of the entrant where this is a requirement of the Promotion.

18. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use winner’s name, suburb of residence, recording of winner’s voice, photos and likeness and filming for advertising and promotional purposes by the Promoter for use on line without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
 
PARTICIPATION
19. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant’s unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. The entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the Terms and Conditions for the Promotions at the time of participation. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Terms and Conditions Promotion generally.
 
FINAL CONDITIONS
20. Cruise Megastore reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Cruise Megastore reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
 
20. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
21. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Cruise Megastore 's database, and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.
 
22. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Cruise Megastore which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Cruise Megastore reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory, where required.
 
23. Cruise Megastore is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on line (or wireless) systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or technical problems resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition.
 
24. All entries will be the property of Cruise Megastore. The information entrants provide will be used by Cruise Megastore for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Cruise Megastore may disclose entrants' personal information to its agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants and to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names may be published as required under the relevant legislation. Cruise Megastore may also use details for promotional and marketing purposes. Cruise Megastore is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
