Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are over 18 years of age at the time of entry and that reside at an Australian address.

2. The competition concludes at 11:59pm 30/11/2011.

3. In order to be eligible, an entrant must complete the short survey provided.

4. The total value of the prize pool is $1,079 and consists of 2 prizes:
1st Prize Apple iPad 2 16GB with Wi-Fi; and
2nd Prize $500 voucher to be redeemed with the supplier nominated by the entrant on the winning entry.

5. Each person can submit only one entry into the competition draw.

6. On 12/12/2011 the promoter (The Mortgage Doctor) will randomly select the two winning entries from all of the eligible entries received.

7. The prize winners will be notified by phone and mail. Winners will have their names published in The Australian newspaper on 17/12/2011.

8. The promoter will organise delivery of the prizes to the winners within 6 weeks of the drawing date.

9. The prize winners agree that the promoter is not liable for any event, circumstance, loss or expense arising from the taking or use of a prize by the prize winners and/or any other person.

10. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that are wholly or partially incomplete. The promoter’s decision on this and other aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries become the property of the promoter and entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

11. Details collected by the promoter in the course of this competition will be used and stored for the purposes of administration of the competition draw and to provide entrants with information about the promoter’s services and future promotions. Entrants will have the option of opting out of receiving this information on each future communication received.

12. The promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

13. Additions or deletions to these rules may be enacted at the discretion of the promoter at any time.
