Competition Details
 
A sweepstake is a "lottery" in which the prize consists of a $500 gift certificate paid by Beginning Boutique.
 
To enter the draw, participants must (i) 'like' Beginning Boutique's Facebook Fan page, (ii) complete the Facebook form in it's entirety, including name and email address.
 
The grand prize is a $500 Beginning Boutique gift certificate. One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. No purchase or payment is necessary in order to enter the sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person.
 
Entry Terms & Conditions
 
All decisions made by Beginning Boutique are legally binding in all matters relating to this sweepstake.
 •The sweepstake is open to anyone over the age of 18 who legally reside in Australia or any other country;
 •Entrants under the age of 18 require permission from parents or guardians to enter the sweepstakes;
 •Beginning Boutique reserves the right to remove entries, should the user violate the terms and conditions (i.e. underage);
 •No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or misdirected entries;
 •A sweepstake is a game of chance, therefore the grand prize winner will be selected at random from eliglble entrants. Beginning Boutique's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the selection of the grand prize winner;
 •Beginning Boutique will make three (3) attempts to contact the grand prize winner within seven (7) days from the time the grand prize winner is selected. If Beginning Boutique is unable to reach the grand prize winner during this time frame, he/she will be disqualified;
 •The information you provide will only be used for e-marketing purposes by Beginning Boutique only
 
Prize
 •The $500 gift certificate is in Australian dollars. The international equivalent is determined by the exchange rate at 21:00 (AEST) on 02/12/2011. Beginning Boutique takes no responsibility for any variation in the prize value;
 •The gift certificate is to be used on Beginning Boutique full price items only; and cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code or offer including the BLOGLOVE or FBOOK10 codes;
 •The gift certificate is valid for two (2) months until 02/02/2012. The gift certificate can be used on multiple visits.
 •Shipping is non inclusive in the $500 gift certificate;
 •No prize transfer. There is no prize substitute or cash equivalent.
