TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. To enter, log onto www.gourmettraveller.com.au and sign up to the e-newsletter. Register your details and tell us in 25 words or less "Why do you really need a spa weekend?".

4. Participants must fill out, in full, all mandatory elements of the promotion entry form in order for their entry to be valid.

5. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the date of printing and the date the prize is claimed. Prize value mentioned is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing.

6. The promotion commences 10:00am, AEST 28.11. 2011, and closes at 11:59pm, AEST 09.01.2012. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges. Judging will begin on 24.01. 2012 at 11am at the judges' premises. The winners will be notified by mail using contact details provided in their entry.

7. The best entry as deemed by the judges will win an escape for two to Daylesford which includes:
a. Three (3) night stay for two (2) people in a Mineral Spa Villa at Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat valued at $1,425 in total.
b. 60 minutes access pass to the Retreat at the Mineral Spa for two (2) people valued at $140.00 in total.
c. Two(2) course lunch at The Conservatory for two (2) people valued at $90.00 in total.
d. Three (3) course dinner at Wild Birch Dining Room for two (2) people valued at $170.00 in total.
e. Total value of prize is $1,825.00 in total.

8. Flights are not included in the prize. Transport is at the discretion of the prize winner.

9. Valid either mid week or weekend stay, subject to availability.

10. Additional night's accommodation and travel expenses at winners discretion.

11. The prize package can not be redeemed for cash.

12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunctioning (whether or not under the Promoter's control); b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; or e) anything arising out of or in connection with taking or using the prize.
