Terms and Conditions
 
The promoter for this competition is WA Housing Centre, a division of BGC Residential Pty Ltd, ABN 54 052 543 450.

The prize is a Samsung Full HD 3D Plasma TV valued at $1,499. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize at their discretion, to a prize of similar.

Rules:

1. Competition closes at 5pm on 12th December 2011.

2. Entrants consent to their entries being used in all media by the promoter.

3. Employees and family members of employees of WA Housing Centre and / or BGC cannot enter the competition.

4. The decision of the promoter as to valid entries is final and binding.

5. All entries submitted will become and remain the property of the promoter

6. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

7. The draw will be conducted at 4pm on 13th December 2011 at Level 1, 3 Ord Street, West Perth.

8. Multiple entries are not permitted.

9. The winner will be notified by phone or email, however the inability of the promoter to contact the winner using the information provided is the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. The name of the winner will also be published on the WA Housing Centre website and on the WA Housing Centre Facebook page on 13 December 2011.

11. Unless collected within one month of the draw the prize will be forfeited.

12. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, live in Western Australia and must complete the entry form online via the WA Housing Centre website or at a WA Housing Centre display home for the entry to be valid.

13. Entrants personal details are subject to the promoter's ultimate holding company's privacy policy on its website www.bgc.com.au.

14. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

15. Only complete entry forms will be deemed valid.  Entrants must complete an entry form at one of WA Housing Centre's display homes or via this page of the website.
