Each week we'll draw 5 lucky winners who will receive a Krispy Kreme Gold Card for a years supply of Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnuts. And each week another 50 lucky winners will receive a voucher for a FREE dozen box of Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnuts.

Step 3 Fill in your details on the entry form you’ll find on our website and enter the special promo code on your Krispy Kreme Doughnuts box. Remember to keep your receipt as proof of purchase – you’ll need it if you’re a winner.

KRISPY KREME BP PROMOTION
 1.Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 2.Entry is only open to residents of NSW, VIC & QLD (herein referred to as ‘entrants’). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
 3.Promotion commences 12:01 AEDST 1st December 2011 and concludes 23:59 AEDST 31st December 2011 at (“Promotional Period”).
 4.To enter, entrants must purchase a box of 4, 8 or 12 Krispy Kreme Doughnuts from a participating BP outlet during the Promotional Period, visit www.krispykreme.com.au/bppromo and complete the entry form in full supplying your name, contact number, email address, location of BP outlet where the Krispy Kreme Doughnuts were purchased, date of purchase (as outlined on the proof of purchase/receipt) and promo code that can be found on the Krispy Kreme doughnut box.
 5.Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase for each entry made to verify all entries before awarding the prize. Consumers may enter more than once, provided each entry is associated with a separate purchase of a box of 4, 8 or 12 Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in one transaction at a participating BP outlet, and can be verified by a separate proof of purchase/receipt.
 6.Incomplete, incomprehensible and inappropriate entries will be deemed ineligible.
 7.Prize Draws will be conducted Krispy Kreme Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 59 099 478 663) of Level 1, Suite 4, 21 Solent Circuit, Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153. The times are set out in the table below.

8.The first five (5) valid entries drawn on each draw date will win a Krispy Kreme gold card valued at $191 RRP each. The Gold Card allows customers to redeem 1 x dozen box of Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnuts once a month for 12 months at any participating BP outlet or an official Krispy Kreme store. The next fifty (50) valid entries drawn on each draw date will win a Krispy Kreme voucher for 1 x dozen box of Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnuts valued at AU$16 RRP each – to be redeemed at any participating BP outlet or an official Krispy Kreme store.
 9.20 x Krispy Kreme Gold Cards valued at AU$191 RRP each 200 x Krispy Kreme vouchers for 1 x dozen box of Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnuts valued at AU$16 RRP each. Total Prize Pool is valued up to $7,020 RRP.
 10.The Promoter’s decision on the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize Winner will be contacted by email.
 11.Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any Krispy Kreme gold card and/or vouchers are at the cost of the prize-winner. Any unused balance of any voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of any voucher is subject to any terms and conditions on the voucher.
 12.Krispy Kreme gold cards and Krispy Kreme vouchers must be redeemed at any participating BP outlet or an official Krispy Kreme store.
 13.Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
 14.If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
 15.Krispy Kreme reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entrants and to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
 16.The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw if necessary at the same time and place as the original draw on 3rd April 2012 in order to distribute any prize/s unclaimed by that date, subject however to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the event of a winner in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be notified by email.
 17.By accepting these terms and conditions, entrants warrant that all information they submit in the entry process is true, current and complete.
 18.By entering this promotion entrants agree to indemnify Krispy Kreme against all loss, damage, costs (including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis) or liability whatsoever suffered or incurred by Krispy Kreme, arising out of or in connection with or related to the entrant entering the promotion, or accepting the prizes.
 19.Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
 20.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated promotional entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
 21.In the event of technical malfunction or any other matter that interferes with or has the potential to interfere with the proper conduct of the promotion, Krispy Kreme reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify or terminate the promotion, as appropriate.
 22.If Krispy Kreme cancels the promotion in accordance with the above it will not be required to conduct the promotion again or grant any of the prizes at any other time and Krispy Kreme will not be liable in any way (including in negligence) for any consequence of withdrawing the promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 23.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krispy Kreme’s liability in relation to this promotion and/or in respect of any of the prizes is excluded. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify the entrant’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth.) or equivalent legislation. To the fullest extent permitted by law all other liability of Krispy Kreme (including negligence) to the entrant for any loss or damage whatsoever (included but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) and all other rights of the entrant, are expressly excluded.
 24.Any decision of Krispy Kreme in relation to the conduct of the promotion is binding and conclusive and will not be challenged on any grounds, including without limitation, the grounds that Krispy Kreme failed to act reasonably, fairly, in good faith or otherwise in accordance with the principles of procedural fairness. Krispy Kreme does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Krispy Kreme is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with Internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries over the Internet.
 25.Personal information is collected by Krispy Kreme in order to conduct the promotion and for this reason may be disclosed to third parties and/or used by Krispy Kreme for the purposes of this promotion. Entry is conditional upon the supply of this information. Personal information may also be disclosed to third parties to determine whether an entrant has breached these terms and conditions. Entrants consent to Krispy Kreme using or disclosing their personal information for the above purposes contemplated. Further if an entrant opts-in at the time of entry, Krispy Kreme may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant or voter. Entrants must contact Krispy Kreme at aus@krispykreme.com.au if they do not wish Krispy Kreme to use their personal information for these purposes, or, if they wish to access, correct or update the information.
