Title: Create a winning design for simply silk Post by: suzieblonde on Thursday 01 December 2011, 08:30:01 pm Over the years I have had several requests from my customers to make up garments from designs that they would like to see on the market. Some requests are from store owners who know what styles their customers are looking for but are not available. Others have provided designs and patterns for me to get manufactured in either silk or bamboo which I have done.
So I thought it was time to have a competition calling for the best designs you can create, with the winning design to be voted on using our Simply Silk Facebook page and added to our product line-up! · The competition will commence on December 1st 2011 and end on January 28th 2012. · Entries will need to be emailed to ann@simplysilk.com.au by January 28th 2012. · Designs will need to feature both a front and back drawing/sketch. · Submitted designs will then be posted to our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/simplysilk), where we will ask our Facebook fans to vote on their preferred design. · The winning designer will be contacted by email or phone by February 15th 2012 with the winning design announced on Facebook shortly after. · The winning designer will win themselves a luxury weekend away at Poppies Bed & Breakfast in Berrima NSW (www.poppiesb&binberrima.com.au) valued at $450, as well as $500 worth of Simply Silk and Bambootoo products. · See full terms and conditions at www.simplysilk.com.au/competition. Budding designers should keep in mind that our designs are aimed at women aged over 35 years. The garment will be made of silk or bamboo fabric. Please note that the winning design becomes the property of Simply Silk and will be and will be added to our product range.
