Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in
this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. The promotion commences on 1 November 2011 and closes on 31 October 2012.
(“Promotional Period”)

3. Entry into the promotion is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Hy Gain
Feeds Pty Ltd and its related entities and companies associated with the prizes and
their immediate families are ineligible to participate in the promotion.

4. Redemption process:

a. To enter the promotion, eligible entrant must purchase HYGAIN TRU CARE,
HYGAIN TRU BREED or HYGAIN TRU GAIN products manufactured by Hy
Gain Feeds Pty Ltd from a participating retail outlet during the promotional
period.

b. Eligible entrants must then locate an instant win ticket concealed inside the
bag of feed with the message “Congratulations you’re a winner”. If they locate
this card inside the bag, they are an instant winner of a 16GB, Wi-Fi Apple
iPad 2.

c. The entrant must then call Hy Gain Feeds Pty Ltd on 1300 494 246 to
register their win and report the card number imprinted on the instant win
card.

d. Eligible entrants must return their instant win ticket, purchase receipt, name,
address and phone number to: Hy Gain Feeds Pty Ltd, TRU RANGE – WIN
FREE iPADS, PO Box 199, Officer Vic 3809 to complete the redemption
process of their win.

e. Entries not fully complying with these conditions of entry will be deemed
invalid. Sharing purchase receipts or any other use of third party purchase
receipts is not allowed. If the Promoter reasonably believes that an entry has
been made on this basis, the Promoter will invalidate all entries affected.

f. Entries must be received by the promoter within the Promotional Period. The
promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for late, lost, incomplete,
incorrectly submitted, illegible or corrupted entries, claims or correspondence
whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, destruction, deletion,
theft or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user
error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

g. The winners will be sent prizes via courier and will not incur any
administration or delivery costs. Goods will be insured and couriered directly
from Hygain Feeds Pty Ltd 10 Hickson Rd (PO Box 199) Officer, 3809 VIC.

5. All prize claims must be received between 1 November 2011 and 5:00pm AEST on
31 October 2012.

6. A total of 6 winners will each receive ONE 16GB Apple iPad 2 valued at $579.00
AUD (Recommended Retail Price including GST) as of October 2011.

7. In the event that all 6 ipads are not won during the promotional period allotted, we will
invite people to enter a second chance competition which will be promoted on the
Hygain website and facebook page from the 15th November 2012 to the 31st
December 2012.

8. Total maximum prize pool for this promotion is up to AUD$3,474 (Recommended
Retail Price including GST). Hy Gain Feeds Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any
variation in prize value. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable
for other prizes, products or cash.

9. Winner must retain the instant win ticket with the winning message and entry code
and a copy of their original purchase receipt clearly showing the purchase of HYGAIN
TRU CARE, HYGAIN TRU BREED or HYGAIN TRU GAIN products during the
promotional period as proof of purchase. If an entrant is unable to provide proof of
purchase for the prize claimed, then the prize claim of that entrant will be ineligible
and deemed invalid.

10. The Promoter may require a winner to provide proof of identity, age and or residency
and or compliance with other eligibility or entry criteria. Identification considered
suitable for proof is at the Promoters discretion.

11. If due to a printing, production, typographical, human or other error, more prizes are
claimed than the number set forth in these official Terms and Conditions, the prizes
will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize
claims received. In no event will more than the advertised number of prizes be
awarded.

12. If for any reason the prize or is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute another item, at it's sole discretion, of equal or greater value, subject to the
approval of the relevant gaming authorities, where required.

13. Hy Gain Feeds Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process. In the case of a dispute the decision of the Hy
Gain Feeds Pty Ltd or its representative will be final.

14. The names of winners will be published on the Hygain website: www.hygain.com.au ,
Hygain Monthly E-Newsletter, Hygain Facebook page:

and in the National newspaper for each state if required by legislation 1 month after
the prize has been claimed.

15. Only original instant win cards with winning message accepted. Photocopies or
facsimiles of the instant win cards with the winning message are not acceptable.

16. All entries are the property of the Promoter. The information provided by the entrants
will be used by Hy Gain Feeds Pty. Ltd for the purposes of conducting this promotion.
The Promoter may on request provide this information to State and Territory Lottery
agencies as required under legislation.
