Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I obtain my free Queensland Wildlife calendar?

The free Queensland Weather calendar is available with the purchase of The Sunday Mail (RRP $2) on Sunday December 4, 2011. The calendar is available only with original newspaper token from participating newsagents and while stocks last. Stock strictly limited. Please below for a full list of participating stockists.

What can I do if I do not receive my free calendar?

The free calendars are strictly available while stocks last, on Sunday December 4, 2011. Stocks are strictly limited and Calendars are only available while stocks last. Unfortunately if the Calendar is unavailable, there will be no additional quantities produced.

How can I receive multiple calendars?

You are entitled to receive one calendar with every copy of The Sunday Mail you purchase on Sunday December 4, 2011. Should you require more than one copy, the only way to obtain multiple calendars is to buy multiple newspapers.

My local newsagency has run out of calendars. How can I obtain my copy?

You will need to endeavour to redeem your copy from another participating stockist. News Queensland base allocations to each outlet on anticipated circulation. If one retailer runs out of stock, you are welcome to try another participating stockist. Please see participating stockists. Please remember that the free calendar is strictly available while stocks last.

What can I do if my calendar is damaged or faulty?

Occasionally there will be imperfect copies which unfortunately are made available. Ask your participating newspaper stockists for a replacement copy, only if stocks are available.
