The following Terms and Conditions apply to the giftvouhcers.com "12 Days of Xmas" promotion (“Promotion”) operated by Wright Express Australia Pty Ltd ACN 085 449 529 (Permit holder: LTPM/11/00023, Class: Type C),  Level 10, 52 Alfred St, Milsons Point, NSW 2061 (Contact telephone: 1300 783 361) ("Promoter") from 9.00am AEST on Thursday, 1st December, 2011 until 5.00pm AEST Monday, 12th December, 2011.

1. ELIGIBILITY

    Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over (‘Eligible Participants’).
    Employees of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
    Entrants warrant that they are entering this promotion in a wholly personal nature and not on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a business or enterprise.

2. DURATION

The Promotion will run from 9.00am AEST on Thursday, 1st December, 2011 until 5.00pm AEST Monday, 12th December, 2011 ("Promotion Period").

3. METHOD OF ENTRY & SELECTION OF WINNERS

    To enter, go to www.facebook.com/giftvouchersdotcom, ‘like’ the page, click on the ‘ENTER NOW’ button, enter your name and email address and click ‘Submit’ to complete your entry. At every business day (Monday to Friday) commencing 9.00am AEST on Thursday, 1st December, 2011 until 5.00pm AEST Monday, 12th December, 2011, the Promoter will request an internal report which lists the total pool of eligible entrants. Everyone who has entered the Promotion until the point at which that report is run are eligible to be that day’s daily prize winners. From that report, the Promoter will randomly select the daily prize winner.

    Entry is limited to one per person. Each of the daily prize winners will be drawn at Wright Express Prepaid Cards Australia Pty Ltd, Level 10, 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061 before 11.30am on every business day (Monday to Friday) commencing 9.00am AEST on Thursday, 1st December, 2011 until 5.00pm AEST Monday, 12th December, 2011.

    The daily winners that occur on Saturday and Sunday during the promotion period, commencing 9.00am AEST on Thursday, 1st December, 2011 until 5.00pm AEST Monday, 12th December, 2011, will be drawn and notified on the following Monday morning at before 11.30am.

    Each daily prize winner will be notified by email and asked to select their Gift Card of choice from the six participating retailers (‘Prize’). Depending on the location of the winner the Prize will either be delivered to the prize winner by post to an address within Australia or by email.

    Entrants may only win the daily prize once throughout the Promotion Period. If the randomly selected daily winner has already won a daily prize, the Promoter will repeat the selection process and award it to the next eligible entrant.

    Each Prize must be claimed by 31st March, 2012. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. The results of the Promotion will be published by the Promoter at www.facebook.com/giftvouchersdotcom.

4. PRIZES

The total combined value of prizes is $3900, comprising of 78 x $50 Gift Vouchers.
5. RELEASE

Each participant, including each daily prize winner, releases the Promoter and Facebook from all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

The winner will be responsible for any and all fees, costs or taxes they incur in relation to entry into the Promotion or receipt of their prize.
6. GENERAL

Each participant, including daily prize winners, acknowledge that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Each participant, including daily prize winners, acknowledge that information provided in connection with this Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Wright Express Privacy Policy which can be accessed at http://giftvouchers.com/PrivacyStatement.aspx.

Use of Gift Cards issued as prizes under this Promotion are subject to terms and conditions which entrants can read at giftvouchers.com. Printing errors and other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusing to provide entrants with prizes. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond its reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided. Provided that State regulations allow it, the Promoter can substitute a different prize in place of any prize referred to above.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Competition.

In all matters, all decisions of the Promoter will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.

Subject to State regulations, the Promoter may terminate this Promotion at any time, at their absolute discretion, without liability to any contestant or other person.
