ENTRY INTO THE ‘SHARE THE GOOD NEWS & WIN” COMPETITON

1. Entry into the "Share the Good News & Win" (the "Competition") is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years. The Promoter is Investors Direct Financial Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 68 095 731 552) of Level 2/319 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004 (the "Promoter"). Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of the Promoter and the agencies associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition begins at 00.01(AEST) on Wednesday 23rd November 2011 and closes at 09:00 (AEST) on Friday 16th December 2011 (the "Competition Period").

4. To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must:

(a) be over the age of 18 years; (b) complete the online entry form at http://www.investorsdirect.com.au/goodnews/index.php or http://www.investorsdirect.com.au/goodnews/indexnew.php

(c) opt-in to the Investors Direct email newsletter list and agree to receive email news and exclusive offers from Investors Direct sent to the email address nominated on the entry form

5. All entries must include the entrant's name, contact phone number and email address to be eligible for entry. Incomplete entries will be ineligible. The Prize winner will be notified by telephone as supplied on the entry form.

PRIZE

6. There are 2 (two) prizes to be won. Each prize is an iPhone 4S 4G valued at $999.

7. One prize will be given to the person who gets the maximum number of their friends to sign up to the Investors Direct enewsletter. The winner will be determined by checking the number of new signups which contain their unique url code.

8. Second chance draw - all competition entrants will go into the second chance draw at the end of the promotion. The prize of one iPhone 4S will be drawn via random selection. To be eligible for the second chance draw the winner must be a currently subscribed member of the Investors Direct enewsletter and have not already won a prize in this competition.

9. The prize must be taken as is and cannot be substituted for cash.

10. The total maximum Prize pool value is approximately $2000.00. The Prize values are the recommended retail values as provided by the suppliers and are correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between publishing date and date the Prize is claimed. All Prize values are in Australian dollars.

JUDGING AND AWARD OF PRIZE

13. Entry is deemed upon completing online entry form. Successful entrants will receive a unique url upon completion of entry form which can be shared with non-entrants to increase the entrants chances of winning. The original entrant will earn one (1) additional entry for every person who enters the competition using their unique url.

14. The second prize draw will take place at the offices of The Orchard 369 Royal Pde, Parkville VIC 3052. The draw date is 12:00 noon Friday 16th December, 2011. The second prize draw is a game of chance. Each entry will be entered into the draw. The winners will be drawn at random.

15. The Prize winner will be notified in writing.The Prize winner will be given 3 months to claim their prize. If a Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize by the stipulated date, then a redraw will take place on 16 March 2012 at 12 Noon at the same location as the original prize draw.  The redrawn winner will be notified in writing and the winners name will be published on 17 March 2012.

AGE

16. Entrants must be over 18 years old to enter the Competition. Any entry from persons who do not meet this age criteria will be ineligible for entry.

GENERAL

17. All entrants agree to provide the Promoter or the Promoter's authorised agent with proof of identity, residency, age and/or proof of entry validity if selected as the Prize winner/s or if reasonably requested by the Promoter or the Promoter's authorised agent. Proof of age, identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the Prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Prize winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

18. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes to cancel or vary the Competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prizes including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter's opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):

(a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or

(b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize/s for any reason beyond its control

19. In the event that the Promoter cancels or varies the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prizes it shall not:

(a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and

(b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.

20. Entrants are advised that "opt-in" entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrant's personal information for future promotional and marketing. By opting-in, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. The Promoter will only use this information for their own requirements and will not share this information with any third party as stipulated in the Promoters privacy policy which can be viewed at http://www.investorsdirect.com.au/privacy-policy.html

21. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Promoter's database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for any delays to entry caused by technical disruptions or malfunctions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid. Only genuine entries from individuals are permitted.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the award of prize/s to, and/or to disqualify any individual who, as determined in the sole discretion of the Promoter, has breached these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Competition.

23. Entrants are advised that their personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and their names as the winner may be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation

24. A decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.

25. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.

Any changes to the Promotion and/or Terms and Conditions relating to the Promotion (including prize variations, cancellation or suspension of the promotion), is subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
