The song must be the same song as specified on the music sheet provided (the PDF document) and no variations to the lyrics are allowed. The entrants must not play any musical instrument in the video. The entrant must feature by themselves in the video and no other person is to feature in the video; and c. it is compulsory that the entrant must wear headphones while singing the song or the entry will not be eligible. 9. Videos must not contain information that: a. is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; b. harasses or advocates harassment of another person; c. exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; d. contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter; e. constitutes or promotes information that they know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; f. contains or constitutes or promotes an unauthorised copy of another person's copyright work or photograph; g. uses sexually suggestive imagery or any other unfair, misleading or deceptive content; h. violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person; and/or i. contains any virus, Trojan, worm, disabling code and/or bugs. 2 10. The Promoter reserves the right to reject or refuse to publish any entry at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
