To submit an entry, entrants must, via the application, watch the videos shot using a Panasonic FT3 camera, complete the entry form including providing an answer in 25 words or less to the promotional question "how would you put a Lumix FT3 camera to the ultimate tough-test in Tropical North Queensland" and submit the fully completed entry form by 11:59pm AEDST on 01/01/2012.

  11. The winner will be determined by a panel of judges and the best entry as determined by the judges in will be deemed the winner.

The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win a trip for two (2) people to Tropical North Queenslandvalued at up to $3,000 (depending on date andpoint of departure), plus a Lumix DMC-FT3 digital camera valued at $499. The trip includes; return flights for two (2) people,five (5) nights twin share accommodation, a Great Barrier Reef tour for two (2) people, a bungy jump for two (2) people and a SkyRail adventure for two (2) people. If the winner is not from Tropical North Queensland, the prize includes return economy airfares from the winner's nearest capital city to Tropical North Queensland. If the winner is from Tropical North Queensland then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash. Spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 31/12/2012 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays.
  13. If the winner of theprize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
  14. The winner (and any companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
  15. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in. Depart from same departure point. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter. Prize is subject to the standard TCs of prize suppliers.
  16. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and any companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
  17. Total prize pool value is up to $3,499.00.
  18. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail and announced on the Panasonic page and the Tropical North Queensland page on Facebook. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. In the event that the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter will offer an alternative prize of equivalent standard and specification.
