Share your kids' Santa photos for a chance to win a $90 Blurb Gift Card


Which family doesn’t have a gorgeous Santa photo of their kids taking pride of place on their fridge and possibly even their Facebook page at Christmas? Why not share your favourite festive photos with us here at Kleenex Mums – taking part could see your family win a photo book from Blurb!
 
We’ll be giving away a $90 Blurb Gift Card to our two favourite photos sent in.
 
Simply upload your kids’ Santa photos and give your photo a title. You can enter as many times as you like. However, each entry you submit requires a different photo. You can also “like” your photo to share with your family and friends. In the meantime check out our top tips for getting great Santa photos of the kids.

Terms and Conditions

“Kleenex Mums Kids’ Santa Photo” Promotion – Conditions of Entry
 
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Kleenex Mums Kids’ Santa Photo” Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
 2. The Promotion commences 1 December 2011 at 10:00am AEST and closes 5 January 2012 at 11:59pm AEST (Entry Period).
 3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are members of Kleenex Mums. If you are not already a member you can join online at www.kleenexmums.com.au. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies and companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are also eligible to enter.

4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5. To enter (Entry) the entrant must:
 (1) log onto www.kleenexmums.com.au (Kleenex Mums Website);
 (2) click on the competition link on the Kleenex Mums Website to enter the Promotion;
(3) sign in to Kleenex Mums or join if not already a member
 (4) complete all the information requested for Entry into the Promotion including:
 (a) a title for the photo;
 (b) upload the photo which is relevant to the Kids’ Santa photo theme.
 
Judging of Entries
 
6. All Entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. Entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time the photo is loaded onto the page. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
8. There is no limit to the number of entries submitted per household during the Entry Period, however each entry requires a different photo.
 9. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entry.
 10. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs/ viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
 11. Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will void the entrant’s entry.
 12. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any inappropriate photos as determined in the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
 13. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entries which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. All valid Entries received during the Entry Period will be added to the Kids’ Santa photo gallery on the Kleenex Mums Website together with the following information:
 (1) Username;
 (2) Title of photograph;
 (3) Total number of facebook “likes”
 (4) Total number of “Tweets”
 
15. The Promoter will judge the valid Entries during the Entry Period based on creativity, skill and originality.
 16. The best two entries, as judged by the Promoter, will each win a prize. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
19. If a prize is not claimed by 12 April 2012, the winner will forfeit his or her prize.
