Promotion Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter, the prizes and rules for redeeming the prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry for the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions (Terms) and any other notices referenced herein.
The Terms include:
the Promotion Specific Terms & Conditions set out in Part A below; and the General Terms & Conditions set out in Part B below.
In these Terms, the term "you" refers to the person making a booking through the website located at www.expedia.com.au ("Website") and/or with the assistance of the Expedia.com.au travel experts.
Part A - Promotion Specific Terms & Conditions

A.2 Promotion Period The Promotion Period: commences at 06:00:01 AEDST on Thursday, 8 December 2011; and closes at 23:59:59 AEDST on Wednesday, 21 December 2011,
unless the Promotion ends earlier in accordance with these Terms.

A.3 Who may enter Entry to the Promotion is open to residents of Australia only who are aged 18 years or older at the date of entry and who otherwise meet the criteria set out in these Terms. Employees and officers of the Promoter, the agencies associated with this Promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Promotion or to be awarded any prizes in connection with the Promotion.

A.4 How to enter To enter the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period:
Click on the Promotion-branded link contained:
in the emails sent by or on behalf of the Promoter and eBay; or
on the eBay website,
to be directed to the Promotion webpage ("Promotion Page");
Once on the Promotion Page follow the instructions to register your details including, without limitation, name and e-mail address. Failure to provide accurate and complete information will render the entry invalid;

A.5Number of entries
You may submit a maximum of one Entry to the Promotion. Any Entries in addition to this will be automatically disqualified and the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify your participation in the Promotion.
A.6Prize
There will be one prize given to the final winner in connection with this Promotion. The prize consists of 5 nights accommodation in a 2 bedroom villa with private pool at the Chandra Luxury Villas Bali (www.8hotels.com/bali-hotel/chandra-luxury-villas/) and each of the following which must be redeemed during the prize stay at the Chandra Luxury Villas Bali:
An in-villa cooking class for 2 people during the stay at the Chandra Luxury Villas Bali;
1 BBQ meal and 2 dinners or lunches for 2 people cooked in the private villa;
Car rental;
2 Traditional Bali Boreh in-villa treatments;
A 1 hour in-villa massage for 2 people; and
Tanah Lot Sunset Tour for 2 people.
Prize redemption is subject to the booking terms and conditions notified to the prize winner at the time of booking and includes, without limitation, the following conditions:
The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The 2 adults participating in the prize must travel at the same time.
The in-villa cooking class, Tanah Lot Sunset Tour and rental car hire are each subject to availability and must be booked prior to arrival at the Chandra Luxury Villas Bali.
The prize must be redeemed, and all travel in connection with the prize must be taken, by Sunday, 23 December 2012.
Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays or in the periods from July 15 –September 14 and December 20 – Jan 9.
A.7Prize Exclusions
The following are not included in this prize and are the responsibility of the travellers:
Travel to or from the prize destination. All travel associated with the prize is the responsibility of the travellers;
Incidentals;
Spending money.
A.8Prize Value
The total prize pool value (for lottery permit application purposes only) is AU$4,300.
A.9Time and Place of Final Prize Draw
All valid Entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the final prize draw to be conducted by the Promoter at its office set out in paragraph A.1 at 11 am on Friday, 23 December 2011.
The final prize winner will receive the Prize described in paragraph A.6.
A.10Prize Winner Notification
All prize winners will be notified by e-mail within 2 business days of the draw, using the contact details provided in connection with the Entry.
A.11Prize Winner Publication
The details of prize winners will be published on the website at www.expedia.com.au on Thursday, 29 December 2011.
A.12Redraws
In the event that the final prize draw winner fails to claim his or her prize by 5:00 pm AEDST on Friday, 23 March 2012, the original prize winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and will not be entitled to any supplementary prize or benefit.
If the prize is forfeited, the Promoter will conduct a redraw in respect of that prize. The redraw will be held at 11.00 am AEST on Monday, 26 March 2012 at the same location as the original draw. Disposal of any unclaimed prizes may be made subject to any written directions given by any government authority and pursuant to any relevant legislation. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the redraw, using the contact details provided by that person when entering the Promotion.

Part B - General Terms & Conditions
B.1
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants in the Promotion (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).
B.2
The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by you to be invalid if you:
fail to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction; or
submit an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms.
B.3
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or who may benefit from such tampering and, subject to the approval of those authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of this Promotion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
B.4
In the case of any act, agent or event which prevents or hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion but subject to the approval of those authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of this Promotion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion cancel the Promotion.
B.5
All prizes awarded, and travel undertaken, in connection with the Promotion are subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to such prizes and/or travel, as notified to you at the time of booking or at the time of redeeming the prize.
B.6
The prize winners consent to the use of their name, place of residence, travel destination, the travel-related item booked, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) for promotional and marketing purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration. Prize winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.
B.7
Except with the written consent of the Promoter, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter has absolute discretion as to whether it will provide such consent and need not provide any reasons to any person for providing or withholding consent.
B.8
In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to the approval of any relevant trade lottery authority, to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
B.9
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence) arising out of or in connection with:
inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because or any transmission errors or if they are misdirected or stolen;
any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website (including, without limitation, the Website);
any variation in the Terms;
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference in any part of the Promotion;
electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion;
any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss (including economic loss) by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a prize winner;
any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
A prize winner, and his or her guests (if any), must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a prize being awarded.

The Promoter's decisions are final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
B.11
Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a prize winner receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
B.12
The Promoter collects personal information in order both to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter may disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers, agencies associated with the Promotion, and to Australian regulatory authorities. Participation is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter and third parties to whom the Promoter provides this information may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for announcing prize winners (name and suburb/postcode only) and for direct marketing, research and debt collection purposes. Participants in the Promotion should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
