Competition overview
This overview forms part of the general Terms and Conditions for GOLD104.3’s MILO 6 & OUT (competition). The promoter is the Australian Radio Network (GOLD104.3) GOLD104.3’S MILO 6 & OUT will air on GOLD104.3 Melbourne. Entry is via phone to 9414 1043.
Over one week, GOLD104.3 will solicit for callers to play. Trivia questions will be asked, and if the caller gets one incorrect we go to the next caller. There are six questions, and whoever answers question number 6 wins.

Terms and Conditions
1.The Promoter is Australian Radio Network (GOLD104.3) ABN 32 067 769 466, Level 2, 21-31 Goodwood Street, Richmond, 3121.
2.The Radio Station is GOLD 104.3FM.
3.Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions. Any general competition rules or terms and conditions of the Radio Station do not apply to this Promotion.
4.Any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid.
5.Entry is open to residents of Victoria. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter. Any person who has won a prize valued at $1,000 or more from the Promoter, or the Radio Station, in any promotion within the past six months, is ineligible to enter.
6.The Promotion commences Monday 12th December 2011 and concludes on Friday 16th December 2011. (“Promotional Period”).   
7.To enter this Promotion, participants will need to phone in when they hear the cue to call to 9414 1043.
8.Participants will are not limited in the attempts at entry, however any form of automated entry using any other devices or software (not previously specified) is invalid.
9.Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control.
10.Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that:
(a)he or she may be required by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, to:
(i)participate in promotional activities for the benefit of the Promoter (including participating in a sound recording, photograph, video or film session); and
(ii)that he or she will not, without the prior written consent of the Promoter (which may be given or withheld in its absolute discretion) participate in any other media activities, promotions or events for the purpose of or which involve discussion, commenting on, expressing a view or giving an account of the Promotion, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate or the operations of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate; and
(b)in promotional activities referred to in Clause 16(a)(i) and (ii) he/she will express a positive view of the Promoter and its operations and refrain from expressing a negative or disparaging view of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate or the operations of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate.
11.Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter has the right to use any materials generated in connection with the Promotion in any medium and in any manner it sees fit.
12.There are 5 major prizes of a spot in the anthem ceremony for kids aged 5 – 10 years, at the Melbourne Vodafone Test Match on December 26, as well as 4 GA tickets to the match.
13.This prize has no cash value and is not refundable for cash.
14.Prizes are not transferable. Prize values are correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
15.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16.A winner may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in favour of the Promoter in respect of a prize, in the form determined by the Promoter.
17.All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be viewed at the website of the Radio Station at www.gold1043.com.au
18.If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on their behalf.
19.All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20.Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and winners should allow 28 days from prize draw for delivery of their prize.
21.Subject to the approval required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, if any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure it in Australia, the Promoter may substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
22.If the Promotion is not able to be run as planned, whether caused by computer virus, line drop-out or congestion, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
CRICKET AUSTRALIA
Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the International  Cricket program without notice.  Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any day of any Test, One Day International or other match for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia.

By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion.  Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with Cricket Australia’s Conditions of Entry into the Venue 2011/2012 supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator.  The Promoter will provide every person attending the (Vodafone Test Series / Commonwealth Bank Series) match as part of the promotion with a copy of the Cricket Australia’s Condition of Entry into the Venue 2011/2012 with delivery of the prize tickets.
