Guessing Competition
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to participate in this competition forms part of these terms and
conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the
promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes
retailers, retail employees and their immediate families within Greenwood Plaza.
3. This promotion commences at 9.00am Wednesday 30, 2011 to 4.00pm Saturday December
24, 2011.
4. Customers can only collect a guessing card from Pandora or Magnolia Silver located on the
Metro Level. One guessing card per customer per day. No spend is required to guess how
many diamonds are in the box.
5. The winner will be selected based on the guess that equals the exact amount of diamonds
in the box or closest too. If more than one customer has guessed the same amount, the
prize will be awarded to the customer who guessed the number first. i.e. the earliest date
on the guessing card.
6. The winner will win $1,000 in Greenwood Plaza gift vouchers. Total prize pool is $1,000.
7. The winner will be notified by phone by 2pm on January 5, 2012 and their name will be
published on the Greenwood Plaza website www.greenwoodplaza.com.au.
8. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent
or guardian.
9. Greenwood Plaza reserves the right to refuse participation / entry to this competition to
any person at their complete discretion.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or
sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
11. All entries become the property of Greenwood Plaza. All customers are provided with an
option not to receive promotional material from Greenwood Plaza by ticking the allocated
box on the entry form. All entry forms that do no have a tick will be entered in to a
database and the entrants’ names and address may be used for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time. The Promoter is
Greenwood Plaza Pty Ltd., a division of Mirvac Real Estate Pty. Ltd. ABN 65 003 342 452.
