Win a Madone and ride with RadioShack-Nissan-Trek Competition: Terms & Conditions


ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is open to any person resident in Australia. You must be present in Adelaide to claim the “Ride with Team RadioShack-Nissan-Trek” prize on the 16th Day of January 2011. Employees of Trek or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

TO ENTER:

Submit your name, post code, email address, phone number and why you would like to win a ride with the Team via competition page at www.trekbikes.com.au. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Trek reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

TIMING:

This competition runs from 12.00:01am EST on 2nd December 2011. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59am EST on 10th January 2012. Completed entries must reach Trek no later than the closing date.

USE OF DATA:

Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition could be used for future Trek marketing activity.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

The winner will be selected from the most inspiring entry by a panel of three judges. The panel of judges will include at least one independent member. The winner will be notified by phone by 5:30pm on 11th January 2011. The winner may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.

PRIZE:

The first prize is a 2011 Trek Madone 5.2 bicycle (valued at $3799) in the size of the winner’s choice. First prize also includes the opportunity for the winner and a friend to ride with Team RadioShack-Nissan-Trek and their superstar athlete’s on a supported training ride in Adelaide on 16 Jan 2012. Five (5) runner-up prizes of a Bontrager Pack (Valued at over $400) will also be rewarded. Prizes as stated and non-transferable. No cash or other alternatives available. Trek reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be sent by 28th February 2012.

WINNERS LIST:

The winner consents to their name being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.

OTHER:

No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Trek’s decision shall be final. Trek reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
