We’re giving 2 lucky MoM mums the chance to win a copy of Animalates – It’s a great way to to get the family fit and to have some great lounge room fun! Have you ever “Chomped like Choc the Croc”, or “Stomped like Ed the Elephant”? If not, here’s your chance! Animalates is Pilates movements with an animal theme for children. Simply participate in this competition, and you could win a FREE Animalates DVD in which you can chomp like choc, stomp with Ed, and run like “Christo the Cheetah”! Kirria is a Rehabilitation Exercise Physiologist, and has qualifications in Massage (AIAS), Pilates (FN) and Level II Coaching (ATFCA). Mark has been a Professional Rugby Union and League player for 12 years and is also a personal fitness trainer.
