Breakfast, Nutritionist Agree It’s Important I attended the Kellogg’s Brunch in Melbourne arranged by the lovely Louisa from Brand meets Blogs and this is where I had my chance to ask a zillion billion questions about breakfast. Kellogg’s were brilliant in answering our questions about sugar, fibre, packaging etc… I am not a nutritionist but fully agree that having breakfast does set you up for the day. Children especially need to have breakfast to keep them going until they have their mid morning snack at recess. I remember when I taught (back in the days) asking the class one day if they had all had breakfast, out of thirty-six children, eight had not had anything to eat at all and this was due to not having enough time, as they have to rush to school. Breakfast in my experience of working with children is essential, I would rather they have some breakfast than no breakfast at all. Nutrition Studies show that children who eat breakfast perform better on cognitive tests and in school. The Give-Away: Nutritionist Consultuation, Sultana Bran Bowl, Sultana Bran And Sultana Bran Buds. We all eat breakfast at home. I am a breakfast person albeit a fast and quick breakfast as at least it keeps me going until I stop again which some days may not be until 6pm. I enjoy the Sultana Bran buds mainly because they taste yummy and are nice and filling, probably all that fibre they have.”A high fibre diet is important for digestive health, so take just five minutes every morning to start your day with a very high fibre breakfast”. I even have some in a container to snack on during the day. Hubby and the kids enjoy Sultana Bran, Mr 6 likes to add extra sultanas and a chopped banana, which he does all on his own, making him very self sufficient in the mornings How To Enter To This Give-Away To Win : 2 x Kellogg’s Sultana Bran 2 x Sultana Bran Buds products 2 x Kellogg’s Sultana Bran branded bowls One-hour phone consultation with nutritionist, Natalie Linton.
