To enter, participants will be required to subscribe to Gecko's monthly eNews. All eNews subscribers who sign up to receive the eNews between 11 November 2011 and 31 January 2012 will automatically be entered into the draw. By opting-in to receive the eNews, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for future marketing purposes. Entrants may only enter once in this promotion. Current eNews subscribers can also enter the draw by emailing their name, postal address and email address to marketingenquiry@geckosadventures.com. This is a game of chance and winners will be chosen randomly using the website www.random.org on 2 February 2012 at Peregrine Adventures, Level 4, 380 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Winners will announced and contacted by email on 2 February 2012. If the prize is unclaimed by 20 February 2012 a second winner will be drawn. The Promoter’s decision is final.
 
The competition commences on 11 November 2011 and entries close 31 January 2012. Employees of Peregrine Adventures (the Promoter), their immediate families, and companies and agencies associated with the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
 
The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result. The winner will be awarded one 16GB iPad2 with Wi-Fi worth A$ 579 each. The prize cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail price at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date. If a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by a computer virus, bugs, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. Once the prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prize damage, delay or loss in transit.
 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required, with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed. The winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created. The winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
