Summer’s Hottest Tan Competition

This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Defected Pty Ltd, Level 3, 145 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010, ABN: 22140475798 on behalf of AdoreTanning.com BSB Pacific Pty Ltd ATFT BSB Pacific Unit Trust ABN 11 849 955 274 (“the Promoter”).

Entry to the competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.
HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, participants must visit http://www.facebook.com/adorebrands and click on the WIN tab, upload a photo and enter their contact details. They have the option to give their photo a title. Participants will be sent a unique URL that they can share with friends on Facebook, Twitter, Google + and email.

The photo with the most votes (“likes”) will be selected as the first place winner. Second and third places will be awarded to the entrants with the next highest number of votes. There will be three places in total.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promotion is open to anyone over the age of 16 who is an Australian Citizen or resident.
2. Participants may submit as many entries as they like.
3. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4. The 3 photos with the most votes (“likes”) will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd places accordingly. There will be three unique winners in total. Entrants cannot win more than once.
5. Entrants found to be using organised vote exchange forums, vote exchange groups and vote exchange websites will be disqualified from the competition. This decision will be investigated and actioned at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. The promotion commences at 09:30hrs (AEDT) on 07/12/11 and closes at 17:00hrs (AEDT) on 18/01/12.
7. The three winners will be notified by The Promoter by 25/01/12.
8. Once the winners have been contacted, they will be announced on the Marbig Facebook Page
9. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
10. Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
11. Total Prize Pool is AUD$850.00 and is not exchangeable or transferable for cash. There are three prizes to be won.
1st Place Prize = $500.00 Adore Tanning Voucher, 2nd Place Prize = $250 Adore Tanning Voucher, 3rd Place Prize = $100 Adore Tanning Voucher.
12. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
13. By entering the competition and submitting content you authorise that it is your own content and that you are permitted to distribute such content. I also authorise that I have the permission of all individuals in the photo to enter this contest and submit photographs.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to at any time to delete any content that in sole judgment violates the terms & conditions or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation.
16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to BSB Pacific Pty Ltd and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for communication purposes related to this competition.
