JUST KIDDING CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - SKILL
1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry, the competitions are open to all Australian and New Zealand residents between the 1/12/11 and last mail received 24/1/12. Employees of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
2. The contest will be judged where applicable by a panel of appointed ‘Just Kidding’ representatives.  Final judging for the following contests will take place on the 26/1/12.  Where applicable each entry will be individually judged based on their literacy and creative merit.  These conditions apply only to games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.  Prizes must be taken as offered and are not redeemable for cash.  Prizewinners will be published on the Just Kidding Website (www.justkidding.com.au) in April 2012. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.  No correspondence will be entered into.  The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.  All entries entered will remain the property of promoter and not be returned to entrant.
3. Prizes as follows:
Mario and Sonic: 5 winners will each receive a copy of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games on Nintendo Wii. Total prize pool $399.75
Happy Feet Two: 10 winners will each receive a Happy Feet Two prize pack containing a hat, puzzle set, magnet photo frame, keyring, and family pass to see in the movie in cinemas. Total prize pool $800
Meet the new Samurai generation: 4 winners will each receive an action figure. Total prize pool $ 199.96
Puss In Boots for Xbox 360: 2 winners will each receive a prize pack containing an Xbox 360 console with Kinect, a copy of the brand new Puss in Boots game on Xbox 360, a Puss in Boots Christmas Stocking and a Puss in Boots Socks Pack. Total prize pool $1080.
Razor Black Label Ultra Pro Lo: 1 winner will receive a scooter with helmet. Total prize pool $233.99
Imagine Fashion Designer: 5 winners will each receive a copy of Imagine Fashion Designer 3D For Nintendo 3DS. Total prize pool $299.75
Sonic & SEGA All-stars: Super Race Set: 5 winners will each receive a Sonic & SEGA All-stars: Super Race Se. Total pp $249.75
Crusty Demons: 3 winners will each receive a Fireworks Jacko Strong single bed Quilt Cover Set. Total pp $179.97
Arthur: 5 winners each receive an Arthur Christmas Pack containing an Arthur Watch and a Magnetic Photo frame. Total pp $250
Air Hogs: 4 winners each receive an Air Hogs Fly Crane. Total pp $259.96
Poptropica: 8 winners each receive a pack containing a Poptropica plush and Poptropica figurine set.
Total pp $399.20
4. Total Prize Value $4,352.33. All prizes valued in Australian dollars, the promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in value of a prize occurring between the publishing date and date prize is claimed.  Promoter is not responsible for any prizes damaged or lost in transit.
