(e) All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the contestants and ARN excludes all warranties in connection with any prize (including representations as to merchantability and fitness for purposes) to the extent permitted by law.
(f) Any special conditions associated with the cash or prizes on offer will be announced during the recording of the Segments. The conditions must be adhered to in order to claim the cash or prize.
(g) ARN, its employees, agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives are not responsible for defective prizes or misuse of any prize, or for any claims, liability, loss or damage (whether foreseeable or not) arising out of or in connection with this Competition, whether caused by the negligence of any of the aforementioned or not.

The form is still there - however Mix 101.1 use a a different type of entry form to defeat scripting (probably Javascript based). This may not turn up for you depending on your browser or its settings - try using a different browser.
