ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open at 12.01am on Saturday 24th December 2011 and will close at 12.00pm on Wednesday18th January 2012 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own discretion.
ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will take place weekdays only between 10.00am and 4.00pm from Tuesday 3rd January 2012 until Tuesday 17th January 2012.
Contesting will take place between 10:00am and 1:00pm on Wednesday 18th January 2011(“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
The Promoter reserves the right to increase or decrease Contesting Days at its own discretion.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Western Australia
- Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize from the Promoter 30 days prior to their entry in this Competition or if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 12 months prior to their entry in this Competition or if they have attended a Mix 94.5 VIP Skyworks Listener Party in the 2 years prior to this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
During the Registration Period, listeners will be encouraged to visit the website to register their entry for Mix 94.5’s Coolest Aussie Songs.
As part of the entry they will be required to nominate a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of five (5) of their favourite songs by an Australian Band or Artist.
At various times during the Promotional Period the Promoter will randomly select entries and call each entrant on the phone number provided to inform the entrant that their entry has been chosen and that the Promoter will play one of their chosen songs on air. The Promoter will invite the entrant to have a brief conversation on air regarding but not limited to; the chosen song, their interests etc. They will then be awarded a prize.

Prizes will be awarded in accordance with Item 8.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS
There will be a maximum of seventy (70) prizes.
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
One (1) x invitation for the prize winner and three (3) people to attend the Mix94.5 Skyworks VIP Listener Party on Thursday 26 January 2012 on the Perth Foreshore.
Total minimum value of each prize:$100.00 (x70)
Total minimum Value of all prizes: $7,000.00

ITEM 14: OTHER CONDITIONS
Each prize will provide the winner with the following:
Tickets for four (4) people to attend the Mix94.5 Skyworks VIP Listener Party on Thursday 26th January 2012.
The VIP event will be held between 4:00pm and 8.30pm on the Perth foreshore, located on Riverside Drive – Narrows Bridge end.
Two (2) x hamper vouchers (each hamper caters for two people).
One (1) x bottle of red, white or sparkling wine – to be redeemed at the event.
Four (4) x low-rise beach chairs will be given to the winner and their guests upon arrival at the VIP event.
A limited number of vouchers for winner and guests to redeem soft drinks at the event.
All other chairs will not be permitted inside the VIP event.
Alcohol consumption will be monitored. Winners must drink responsibly.
