HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter, consumers must purchase any Schick Women’s product and;
1. Go to http://www.facebook.com/SchickWomenAU and click on the promotional button to enter which will take them through to the promotional entry page
2. Here, consumers enter their personal details along with their product barcode for their chance to win
One Prize winner will be drawn every day through out the promotional period, based on a 56 days with 56 Daily Prize winners drawn in total.
Entrants must retain a photocopy of their store receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request a photocopy of the store receipt(s) from the entrant to verify the validity of an entry and reserves the right to declare any entry for which a photocopy of their store receipt(s) cannot be provided invalid.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter, how to claim, prizes, discounts and offers form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and claims and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry or claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Incomplete, or indecipherable entries and claims will be deemed invalid.
5. Multiple entries and claims permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; and (c) unrecognised barcodes will be deemed invalid.
6. Entrants must retain a photocopy of their receipt(s) for ALL entries as proof of purchase. If for example you enter 10 times, and one of those entries is drawn as a winner, you will be required to provide receipts for all 10 entries. Failure to produce the required photocopy of their receipt(s) for ALL entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize or offer. Entries are deemed accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.

7. Promotion commences at 09.00 AEDST on 16/01/12 and closes at 17.00 AEDST on 13/02/12
(“promotional period”). Prize draws will take place daily at 09.00 AEDST at Level 2, 50 Yeo
Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 from 17/01/12 through to 13/02/12 inclusive.
8. The first valid Daily Prize winner drawn every day will win a Zodee online voucher valued at
$100 to be used at zodee.com.au. If the winner is under 18 years of age the prize will be
awarded to the winners parent/guardian. Zodee voucher conditions apply. Total of 56 Zodee
Gift Vouchers will be given away throughout the promotional period. Daily Prize winners’ will
be notified by phone, mail and/or email.
9. Total prize pool is valued at up to $5,600. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
10. If any prize or offer is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize or offer with a prize or offer to the equal value and/or specification.
11. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are
necessary on 13/5/12 at 15.00 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. In the
event of a winner/s in the unclaimed prize draw, they will be notified by telephone and mail.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a)
disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.
13. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that
allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries
submitted from that source and by those entrants invalid.
14. Any cost associated with access to www.schick.com.au website competition entry is the
entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the service provider used.
15. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize
claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. There will be a total of 40,000
on-pack sticker wraps printed for this promotion.
16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or
any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where
arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or
not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party
interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not
after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any
tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize or any offer.
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal
information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. To facilitate your
participation, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to companies it has

engaged to assist it in conducting the promotion. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address shown below.
