Terms and Conditions

This competition (the “PROMOTION”) is conducted by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Pty Limited (“SONY”) ABN 53 002 489 554 of Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the “PROMOTER”).
◦“PRIZE” consists of 20 copies of the film Zookeeper(DVD or Blu-ray – winner’s preference)and 20 copies of the film Priest (DVD or Blu-ray – winner’s preference). Entrants may select which prize they would prefer upon entry.
◦ The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
◦ Entrance to the Promotion requires the electronic contact form to be completed and the question to be answered "Priest vs Zookeeper: Tell us in 25 words or less who would win!". The answer will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% articulation. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
◦ Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are a winner.
◦ All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
◦ The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 13 years or over. It is assumed that entrants are 13 years of age or over as they have a registered Facebook account and are adhering correctly to the Facebook platform terms and conditions. Employees and immediate families of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the competition.
◦ The Promotion commences at 10:00hrs (AEDT) on 19 January 2012, and ends at 10:00hrs (AEDT) on 2 February 2012.
◦ An Entrant’s entry must not be, without limitation:
 a. Late;
b. Delayed;
c. Incomplete;
d. Incomprehensible;
e. Unlawful;
f. Obscene;
g. Defamatory;
h. Libellous;
i. Threatening;
j. Pornographic;
k. Harassing;
l. Hateful;
m. Racially or ethnically offensive;
n. Capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
o. Capable of violating any law; and/or
p. Capable of giving rise to civil liability.
 ◦ Only one entry per person permitted.
◦ Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
◦ The judging will take place on 2 February 2012 at Sony Pictures Home Entertainment offices, Sydney 2000.
◦ The winners will be contacted by email.
◦ If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their prize within 30 days of judging, the prize will be forfeited
◦ You must supply your correct address and contact details, and must enter those details correctly on the electronic entry form, in order for your entry to be valid.
◦ Total prize pool value is RRP AUD$1598.00. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value or model number of the prizes.
◦ Entrants will be invited to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The decision by entrants to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for marketing purposes will not affect the selection of the winners.
◦ Sony Pictures Home Entertainment reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
◦ Sony Pictures Home Entertainment reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and winners will be drawn from entries received to that time
◦ Entry to this competition is available via the Sony Pictures Home Entertainment enewsletter.
◦ This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By entering, you understand that any personally identifiable information you provide in connection with the Promotion you are providing to Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and not to Facebook. The personally identifiable information you provide in connection with the Promotion will be collected, stored and used in accordance with Sony Pictures Home Entertainment’s Privacy Policy, located at http://www.sonypictures.com.au/corp/privacy.html
◦ Entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if entrant is not the age of majority in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and Facebook, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
